Alright, confess odd things.

For example, I'm jealous to my big brother becuase he discovered The Smiths first. Dammit, now I can't have a crush for Morrisey without feeling weird about it.

(Well, I meant like games, utilities, etc.)

Hmmm, let me think about what you should start out with. I started by messing around on my graphing calculator, but that's hardly intuitive.

But I don't want to learn how! I have no interest in it whatsoever. That's part of the reason I feel so inferior.

EDIT: Well, I know how to steal someone's password with a fake URL, but that's a matter of convenience.

Wait wait wait, you think you're inferior because you don't know how to program? That's sort of backwards. And if you don't want to learn, don't, it's not like it's an essential life skill.

I probably know more than you two seeing as I used to play around with RPG Maker.

But not knowing programming is no reason to feel inferior.

I feel so much pressure to learn, though. I hang out with too many nerds, I guess.

If it helps, Meaty, I probably know less about programming computers than you do.

Same.

I'm also ridiculously behind the times in other technological aspects, as well. For instance, I still have a working VCR and still haven't made the transition from CD players to MP 3 players. Pathetically enough, I have one, but don't really use it (maybe I convince myself that downloading music/transferring all the music I want from my C Ds is too time-consuming).

I do know how to program in several languages, but I have such a short attention span that I never do anything with it. I want to make a game over the summer to prove myself wrong, but I have to beg one of my more artistically-inclined friends for graphics.

Okay, seriously, computers are only a tool. Anybody who seriously thinks they're better than you just because they can generate primes or whatever is out of whack.

I'd feel better if there were jokes that only cartoonists or theremin players got.

All professions have their niche humor. I know that I learn a lot from XKCD, because if I don't know what something is I check it on Wikipedia (for example, LISP, the Ackermann function, and Graham's number).

There are only more programming/computer jokes because there are more programmers/computer nerds around nowadays, and for obvious reasons they have been using the internet for longer.

Actual weird confession:

Most Body Horror doesn't bother me. Monoko doesn't even phase me; I think she's cute. There is, however, one exception... Things growing in your skin, or skin growing around things. Those toads that spawn their tadpoles on holds in their backs FREAK ME THE HELL OUT.

You think Monoko is cute too? She isn't as cute as the caterpillar girl from Franken Fran though...Were Monoko and that girl realistic CGI though I'd probably be very disturbed.

I have an odd kind of morbid fascination with things that disturb me, like Body Horror. I somehow feel compelled to understand them better.

For my final animation project I made a 3D model of a man with eggs/wombs in his back. Best part of the presentation was seeing the Professor look away and mutter "ew" when one of them twitched at the end.

I don't have the animation online but here's the concept art if anyone's curious.
