Methinks this is the best show of the season. The classic sci-fi references in the first episode were really nice. The surprisingly good animation quality helps, too. Overall, this is a very clever, entertaining show. Also, a catgirl embassy is one of the best reasons for a harem ever.

One note, though. I really think those people overreacting about CIA-tan's burst-fire tsundere reaction should kinda... cool down a little. I can't see how it was as surprising or ridiculous as some of you make it seem.

What I watched: Asobi Ni Iku Yo ep.s 1+2
What I expected: Nothing,I came at it cold.
What I got: Alien catgirl who is terrifyingly powerful meets secret cult who hate her for not being alien enough meets black ops CIA schoolgirl meets black ops Yandere Japanese operative meets ordinary schoolboy. And then their mothership comes visiting because they want to try the food.

MORE.

Seriously,the first two episodes could stand alone,OVA-style.

Episode 3 — Aaand we're on to the tired old harem fanservice clichés. 'Peeping' in the bath. You saw me naked. I saw you naked. ZOMG love quadrangle in same house. Doh ho ho... ho.

I should have twigged this was coming when there wasn't a male in the crew. I thought it would rise above it... :-( At least Captain Boobiest,Lieutenant Mouthstick,Booblittle and Pervy McBoobless left.

Where's the science fiction action now? All we had this episode was someone trying to steal a robot.

I'm guessing more setup. They were just trying to distract people with fanservice so that when they pull crazy shit and people call Ass Pull they can point back and say "nu-uh check episode three, Foreshadowing Bitches" and everybody will be like Wait What Woah. If they decide to pull it off. I'd be surprised if they did.
