Yeah, his bankai might just be a stronger version of his shikai (like Byakuya or Toshiro) or make his shikai stronger among other things (like Ichigo).
But really, the only way Kyoka Suigetsu could be stronger is it adds Your Mind Makes It Real to the mix. Plus the only reason Ichigo can possibly win is because Kyoka Suigetsu hasn't been used on him. He'd be screwed like everyone else if just the regular one was used on him, much less an even stronger one.
You know, I wouldn't mind Don Kanoji doing something useful. After all, he's a Mr Satan clone, and the latter was integral to the good guys' victory more than once.

@Enlong: I was thinking more like his illusion actually being capable of injuring/killing whoever falls under them, but not actually effecting anything else.
Or maybe that his illusions stay in effect permanently, instead of just when he's around and using them on you.

Right now I can only think of two powers in Bleach that are stronger/as strong as Kyoka Suigetsu, I can't think how can you make an upgraded version of an illusion that controls all senses of anyone he wants.What are these two powers?

^I'd guess that Yamamoto's Ryuujin Jakka is one of them, but no clue on the other. Maybe Orihime's Shun Shun Rikka?

In terms of raw power, nothing we've seen can touch Ryuujin Jakka. Sure, Kyouta Suigetsu holds certain advantages over it, but they're in the same league, I think.
I would question the assertion that Shun Shun Rikka is in that league, though. (even though I'm the one that made that assertion) Sure, we've been told that it's a Reality Warper, but the only moderately impressive thing we've seen it do is abstract healing. And Unohana's healing seems to be just as good, if not better than hers.

What about Sakanade? Sure, Aizen rendered it useless because he was controlling the illusion from afar and never actually smelled it, but against just about anyone else, it'd be one of the most ridiculously hard to deal with shikai out there.

Another one of those "What the hell is it's bankai" zanpakutos. I could see Sakanade being up there.

I honestly don't have any real idea what any of the Bankais we haven't seen are.
Sakanade, however, I do not consider to be in the same league. It's extremely disorienting and annoying, yes. But it's also pretty much inferior to Kyouta Suigetsu. Heck, it's possible that Aizen could emulate Sakanade's power.
