OP (and thanks for opening this for me.)
Keep. Main pages take priority over subpages. And the current illustrates the trope well-enough. And it would be stronger if it had the third panel.
The suggestion barely feels like a speech. It's pretty short and more like a request (I know she has a speech impediment, but I prefer the one in the current).
I would rather find a new image for the comic subpage, if only to prevent overlap.

Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.to the suggestion. The formal outfit, the crowd, and the way she’s elevated above them presumably on a stage) gets “speech” across well enough to me.

I'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find.So far it's 8 vs. 1 for the suggestion. Do we want a crowner?

15.2 works.
The caption's added and tagged; locking up.
As noted here the current is also used on WhatTheHellHero.Comic Books.
I have a suggestion for Whoopi Epiphany Speech, using For Better or for Worse. I took the panels from this page, as there's a bunch of other potentials in case others find the combo lacking — I chose the top as it summarized the speech and the latter as it shows the characters being affected by it. I also think it would be good to show another type of disadvantaged group using this trope than the trope namer re: black people.
If "Green Lantern and racism" is kept on WhatTheHellHero.Comic Books, I think the two panel version used on Whoopi Epiphany Speech should replace the take there as it's higher quality and way more readable.
