I'm having the same issue.
I've tried rebooting and that doesn't seem to work either.

It's 12:30am on 25 Feb as I type. For over half an hour now, the Random Trope button has insisted on ONLY giving me Have You Tried Rebooting?? I've cleared cache, etc. and am on the current version of Chrome on Windows 11.
