What is the hard and fast rule about Creator namespaces regarding negativity?

I stumbled upon the entry of Keiji Inafune after some dabbling with Megaman stuff and it feels like it's rather surprisingly "neat" despite the controversy he dabbled in. Even before leaving Capcom there were things like leading the company to ignore Japanese developers and to pander to Western audiences and basically making it look like Megaman Legends 3 was "truncated" when it was already in the backburner from way before. Even after his leaving somehow he got away looking clean with the whole Mighty No. 9 being an afterthought. Hell it doesn't even include Inafune NFT he tried to pull upon. And the fact that the Megaman namespace is attributed to him.

But I do wonder if one cannot really objectively put negative aspects on a person in a Creator entry. I really want to edit a lot of stuff in that space and judging by its creation (2011) it feels like it was made during the... poignant... years.

Generally, we aren't trying to be biography.com, or even the "personal life" section on Wikipedia. Real Life Troping and the Rule of Cautious Editing Judgement also apply to creator pages.

Bad stuff can be mentioned in relation to the broad strokes of their career or tropes/trivia related thereof (e.g. a Role-Ending Misdemeanor causes their career to stall), but I see no need to bring over whatever discourse is out there over to someone's creator page just for the sake of doing so.

The rule of cautious editing judgement applies to that as much as anything else. Various scandals and controversies can be summed up in one sentence and not three paragraphs, preferably just about things relevant to their work/career.

I would add too that we are not trying to be a media news site keeping people up to date, more than once a troper has posted bad or speculatory information. Being succinct is also a counter to that.

Do you not know that in the service one must always choose the lesser of two weevils!
