My gut instinct is to not have any images on the Bible character pages at all, tbh
I agree with Synchronicity on this one.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.I moreso question if The Bible should have a character page at all.
I'd like to apologize for all this.Agree on no images on Bible character pages. Bibles generally aren't illustrated, and even if they are, our understanding of how their characters look is mostly an amalgamation of pop culture than anything else.

I know - this was the exact reason I took it. As it had already gone through an image pickin' thread here https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=1322232285097518200 and thus been agreed on by several people, taking this image and not just going ahead and taking another (which would take up extra storage and not have been selected by several people) was sort of the point.
If you want a different one, any of yours are fine too, though. Except maybe the historical reconstruction one as it wouldn't be identified with the character without an explanation, which explanation is more something for a footnote than a folder image?
Edited to add: I like the stained glass image Bowserbros posted best.

The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few - until you are one of the "few".How about this one◊?
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few - until you are one of the "few".Not big on that because the dark hair, dark clothing, and dark background all sorta blend into one another, which would be especially pronounced at wiki size.
Be kind.I like 1.1 the best.
"the dark hair, dark clothing, and dark background all sorta blend into one another"
Yeah, that's sort of the artist's point (and also the reason why I like the picture, because it's such a minimalistic one compared to the overdone ones which are way too common).
There are better versions of that same picture than the current wiki one where that intended effect is even more pronounced, like this one◊.
This is past the clocking point. Since the UN pic was chosen by a thread and consensus in the thread is to pull the image from the character folder, I've gone ahead and done that.
Closing.
The image of Jesus on Characters. The Four Gospels is the exact same as the one on UsefulNotes.Jesus. I know that there's a bit more leeway when it comes to character pages, but nevertheless, it would probably be best to use different images for the two pages, especially since one page covers Jesus as depicted in Christianity and another covers Jesus as depicted across religions, culture, and historiography. Based on what I could find, I managed to find some alternate suggestions for either one of the pages:
The last one is a 2001 scientific reconstruction, so it would probably fit best on the useful notes page.
EDIT: slight grammatical fix.
