Topon proceeds to slip, turns the sink on by accident along with hitting their chin on their counter. They stumble and struggle to get back and accidentally spill some kitchen equipment. They stand there for a bit, clutching their chin. They proceed to get a towel which accidentally pulls some knives onto the ground in a dangerous position. And then...they slip once again. But this time, there are knives. They get stabbed, screech in pain and accidentally shatter some glass. The glass gets all over the place, and with the sink still running the floor is very slippery. Topon slips for the last time and gets stabbed in the lungs by big shards of glass and a few knives.
Breaking a glass cup
BUMPITY BUMPO BUMP.
Alice accidentally drops her glass of water, breaking it. She tries to get a broom and clean it up, but then she accidentally slips on the water and falls down, her eyes getting impaled by the glass shards. She is miraculously alive as she screams in pain. She tries to call 911 for medical services, but due to her lack of eyesight and the extreme pain, she stubs her toe on a table corner, causing her to stumble back and hit her head on a sharp cabinet door. The sharp cabinet door impales her head and it hits her brain, destroying it. She dies of brain damage.

Some call it stalking, I say walking just extremely close behind
Bob buys a snack from a vending machine. However the machine jams. Bob punches the machine out of frustration and it tips over, crushing him to death.
Tripping on a banana peel.
Bob eats a banana while walking and carelessly throws it away. Alice steps on it, slips and hits her head on the pavement sharply, causing blood too ooze out. She gets up and tries to walk to the nearby hospital, but she slips on her own blood and falls down again, her hand getting impaled by a branch. She somehow survives that, and gets up again to walk to the nearby hospital. However, she then slips on another banana peel thrown by Bob, causing her to hit the sharp sword of a statue that decapitates her head.

As your shopping at the mall everything seems wrong, you’ve escaped death before and the air just seems wrong, meanwhile in a back room of a store an electrical surge causes a fire, this fire results in a huge gas tank blowing up, sending a giant sign hurling at you killing you instantly.

Bob goes to sleep and falls off his bed, knocking a cup of water down. The water flows to some electric wires that happen to be at the end of Bob's feet, and the water flows back to his feet, electrocuting him to death. And he sleeps through the entire thing!
Playing video games.

You play your favourite rpg. You're on the track to defeat the final boss. In the meantime, a ceiling fan in front of the tv begins to creak. A bolt or two falls off, but you're too focused with the bosses attacks. You've failed to defeat them the entire evening, but the current attempt is going so well. In fact, too well. The game expects the boss to finish their monologue before you whittle their health down to the next phase, and you did it too quickly. As you defeat the boss, the game thinks it still has a voice line to play before playing their dramatic breakdown line. The game crashes. You throw the controller in rage.
It hits the tv, breaking it.
You rush towards it.
And at this moment it falls off the wall. The vibration causes the final bolt on the ceiling fan to fail. It falls right on top of you, unrealistically slicing you into pieces.

Bob is at a car meet. He decides to take a picture of him sitting down on a Lamborghini. Meanwhile, a gasoline tank falls down from a shelf after a child accidentally pushes it down, and the gasoline slowly flows to the car where Bob is still taking pictures. A worker opens the window's curtains to look for something, and it shines into a pair of glasses on a table that directs to the gasoline. The gasoline catches fire, and the Lamborghini explodes, and incinerating Bob pretty painfully.

Alice was talking to Charlie on the phone when the radiation from the phone's screen and speakers eventually hit her head. Alice would suffer a chronic headache that needs treatment soon. Alice then takes as many drugs as she can, only to find her headache worsening. She then dies due to a combination of excessive radiation exposure and drug overdose.

Red-kun was on his way to school, toast in mouth, for an exam. Upon reaching his destination, he learns that the school is not like how he imagined it to be. There are no students, no teachers, no faculty, no staff, nobody... at all. He can't even finish his toast.
He then tries to find any survivors only to then feel something weird: His body begins to crumble, weaken, and limp. His paranoia grows unstable from this point, and he begins to lose his appetite. He would eventually dissect his own gut with a knife he found in the school's kitchen, unable to cope with his fear, committing suicide in the process.

Candace gets on a train. As the train rides, a lawnmower near the tracks runs over a rock, sending it flying toward the train's window. Candace manages to dodge the rock, but the rock bounces back and hits Candace, causing her to fall out of the broken window. As she gets up, she steps on a shard of glass, causing her to fall and get run over by the train's wheels.

The Pink Puffball
You are sitting in a chair playing video games, suddenly you fall down and hit your head on the chair, causing your drink to spill into the charger, causing the console that you're playing on to overheat and explode.
Falling down the stairs.
32 years later, and he's still maximum pink.
You're carrying a bowl of cereal down some stairs. You land your toe on an inconveniently placed bolt and roll down the stairs, dropping your bowl. Now the bowl breaks apart and half of the glass shards land in your eye or nose. When you reach the end of the stairs, the floor breaks beneath you, landing you in a hole filled with creepy crawlies. Ouch.
Eating at a fancy restaurant Not even stars last forever.

Big Smoke decide go to eat at a fancy restaurant, and eat all the meals he likes, affordable or not. However, after his meal, he starts to feel something funny: His tummy starts grumbling and he starts vomiting blood. Eventually, he ended up running short of breath and his heartbeat starts to slow down until he dies of a cardiac and respiratory arrest.
Fishing in the ocean. Everything that lives is designed to end...
Elaine stops her boat in the middle of the ocean. She drinks a cup of water and places it on a ledge. Then she gets her fishing rod, sits on the edge of her boat, and starts to fish. 30 minutes later, she manages to catch a fish. She pulls it out with difficulty, water from the fish dripping on the floor. Elaine puts the fish in a bucket before heading to the bathroom. The fish flops around, causing the bucket to tip over until a ledge catches its fall. However, it causes the cup of water to fall as well. Water begins to spill on an electrical box, causing the boat's propellers to malfunction and start moving. Elaine exits the bathroom. Just as she notices that the boat is moving, she slips on the water on the floor and falls off her boat. Elaine tries to get back up, but she is caught in the spinning boat propellers and is shredded to pieces.

Someone posts a mundane action such as lifting weights or stubbing your toe, and the next person posts a Final Destination-style death caused by that action and posts another action. The cycle repeats.
Example:
Person 1: Dropping a pencil
Person 2: Alice drops her pencil while trying to get it from a drawer, and it rolls over a puddle of water. Bob happens to step on the pencil and slips, accidentally dropping the cup of coffee he was holding. The cup of coffee hits Alice's face and it burns her eyes. Alice stumbles around, blinded by the coffee until she trips over the pencil, and falls down, hitting a knife rack. The knives fall over her, impaling her in the heart and the eyes.
Throwing a ball
Person 3: Charles throws a ball to Diane. She throws the ball back to Charles, who tries to catch it, but misses and the ball hits a vase. Scared about their parents scolding them for breaking the vase, Charles and Diane run as far as they could to hide from their parents, but then Charles trips over a branch and falls down to a sewer. Diane tries to help Charles up, but her phone falls from her pocket and hits Charles, causing him to lose his grip and fall back down to the sewer. Due to him not being able to swim, he drowns in the sewage.
