It was stated that the various pages for AFI's lists were off mission. Cuts were proposed.

I forgot to mention that I'm actually in favor of keeping this thread's scope limited to AFI, rather than merely being OK with it.
As for making a crowner, it's been long enough to make one, though it might be worth tallying the existing cut votes to see if we already have enough consensus. Not sure if a Single Proposition or Page Action crowner would be better, but I'd prefer a single option for all members of this series of pages.
