I would hope Netflix finishes the animated version before launching the live-action.

I think RWBY is still big in Japan, it was bigger over there than it was in the West. They even got into an Arc Sys game.

So they might have some luck selling it to a Japanese studio.

Yup reminder it got an anime afterall.

Man, that'd be one hell of a trajectory. From being an anime-inspired web series to getting noticed by Japanese studios to the point of getting their own anime to being owned by a Japanese company.

The funniest part of the Arcsys game was the P4 ending where all the characters now live in Inaba as students, from the Blazblue cast to RWBY gang.

Well, big in a relative sense.

Whatever happens, we can start tweeting a save RWBY hashtag along with the Save Coyote Vs Acme hashtag before long.

Don't take this as a sign of a creator exodus but the sequel to Ben Affleck's The Accountant is moving from WB to MGM/Amazon.

At this point I feel like canceling the Wonder Woman game would be better, because I don't think we will hear about it until they have figured out how to turn it into a live service game.

The WW devs have clarified the game is still in development and not a live service.

Considering Stephen King was publicly asking what the hell was going on with it, I can only guess that pressure saved this movie from becoming another Coyote v Acme.

Doubt that King would sign another deal with WBD from having to stress over that unless it was really good

Well, the IT movies made over a billion dollars for WB, but Doctor Sleep was a bomb despite being pretty critically well-regarded.

Man, weird to think that King had three movies in 2019 to wildly varying success.

King was also involved in some TV stuff (Castle Rock and 112263) that was made by WB and apparently did well for Hulu.

And praised The Flash (2023)!

Hold onto him, WB.

There has to be some offers going around by the amount of celebs calling Flash the greatest hting since Jesus multiplied fish or something

Do we know if Zazlav still wants to buy Paramount?

Given a lot of the people shilling for The Flash were born in the 70s or earlier, I'm half-convinced those people were just dazzled by the sight of Adam West and Christopher Reeve being resurrected via deepfakes.

I don’t care if Zazlav would sell it off, I don’t trust him with any more franchises.

I don’t know how he would even manage with Nickelodeon. He already has Cartoon Network. Pretty sure the anti monopoly laws would prevent that.
