In this chapter, Rentarou and Mei practice being parents.

Grumpy baby Tama is adorable! As is baby Uto and her ever-endearing gap moe.

Thank you Rentarou for the blursed image this week. I do love how all the babies feel pity for him, except Himeka whose eyes were glittering at his weirdness.

This is probably the most dignified Rentarou's come out of a baby chapter...

My favorite little bit is Uto and Himeka singing together.

New chapter

The girls have a photo sharing/swapping session and feel awkward at their apparent failure to Remember the New Guy?.

I couldn't decide if the new girl was Rentarou in a disguise for some reason until the end there. Wonder if she's actually a stalker or a fake-out GF. It's certainly a unique way to introduce a new girl at least.

I feel like she's had her eyes closed since Rentarou appeared, thus no zing. If I had to guess, she's going to be playing on the "I want to keep distance from my oshi" type of fan.

The Remember the New Guy? gag works even better because there was a break last week, so it feels like you're missing a chapter. Seeing everyone become awkward over the new girl (especially Yaku) was hilarious.

That would be sweet. I've been looking forward to a dynamic where a new GF falls for Rentarou before zinging with him, and this seems like the perfect opportunity for that.

A curious note about our mysterious newcomer: her design seems rabbit-themed between her hairstyle and buckteeth. Wonder if there's any word puns there.

Wasn't there talk about one of the MCs for the eating contest chapter having a bunny design and possibly being a girlfriend?

Yup, that would be the bunny idol. If the new girl is her, so many stalwart believers would be vindicated.

Another thing I also liked about the chapter: they always make sure to show which girls would have the strongest reactions to which picture. So those four that were shown for Rentarou’s “nude” pic? PERVS.

I liked Uto and Shizuka reacting to Kusuri's photo. Also Rin responding to Tama's picture in Grem-Rin face is a nice little Call-Back to their first meeting (Rentarou bumping into her because she was watching cats fight). Also Kishika's reaction to Hahari's photo.

About Tama’s pic, that bit about Rin didn’t even hit me until you mentioned it, hahaha. That is some neat attention to detail.

And rereading the chapter… based on the honorifics she used, she seems like she’s a second year in high school? The only other one is Mimimi so that’s cool.

If that's the case, it could put her at 17, which as we all know is the eternal age of (bunny) idols.

Comparing the bunny idol to the new girl... they don't have the same proportions and the bunny idol had striking "X" pupils. They do have some similarities, but that might just be due to the rabbit theming. Though one curious thing is that they both have two earrings on the right ear. So maybe she's not bunny idol herself, but her sister, or some such relative?

Yeah, I'm still not convinced either way but I think there's definitely something that's causing people's callback senses to ping (especially since the new girl has a bunny earring in her left ear and maintains that X motif with her jacket).

Something's going on for sure.

New chapter's out. Lonely Rabbit-chan isn't a yandere, just... you know. Lonely. Extremely so. Can't wait to see who she bounces well off of when her focus chapters come up, though no one in partiuclar comes to mind right now. Well, except maybe Kusuri, for obvious reasons... that's right, shenanigans involving a cloning drug and absolutely nothing else. Also, loved the chase segments were Ren and Usami had to speedwalk to avoid the vice-principal and follow safety guidelines.

Huh, she is actually taller than Rentarou. I love the rabbit decorations.

Somehow I already feel a bit more positive about her than Himeka, maybe because Himeka's gimmick feels a bit flat. But hey, I'm always glad for more explicit poly sentiment.

I'm not usually one to pay close attention to character design but a few things stick out for me w/ Shiina:

• She has a rabbit bucktooth thing going
• She has a pair of plushies in her pockets, presumably so she'll never be alone.
• Her outfit has a cottontail on it.

Now that we know more about Usami, I have to say I love her style and she is very cute, so I really like the new girlfriend. I find it curious how she could follow around the Rentarou family without making eye contact with Rentarou, and makes me wonder if there is a distance requirement for the zing to work. Anyways, as someone who really likes rabbits and bunnies in general (shout-out to Carrot), Usami made a very good impression on me.

So, I must to mention that I have read another series called "Usami-san wa Kamawaretai!", which has a protagonist also called Usami and who also gets very lonely if she is alone of reminded of lonely things; the difference being that the other Usami actually has a sickness that would kill her if she gets too lonely. I guess there is plenty of potential in the idea of a lonely bunny girl, huh (I actually remember another one, but I can't recall her name or the series she was fromn).

Finally, our second second year! I love Usami already. Give her all the cuddling.

Naddy and Ahko would be great cuddle partners for her. But she might be more interesting paired up with Uto, who likes being alone. Also noticed that Usami got heart eyes when she was getting crushed on the train, so there’s potential with an Iku pairing too.

There’s this concept that rabbits can die of loneliness, which I guess is what 100 GF and that series is riffing on.

We got some volume extras out, with a beautiful Suu-Rin color illustration to grace the cover.

Tama took her cat studies seriously. She is dedicated to the lazy life and I respect that. I am glad that she touched base with her mom and settled her worries a smidge.

Poor Mei has thoroughly been corrupted by Hakari.

The Inda family's pet hamster is ALSO tsundere.

Well those extras were cute. Also, new chapter. Bunnygirl outfits right after the bunny GF shows up, and not including her, huh? Anyways, nice to see Momoha and Mai focus, I feel like there hasn't been much to them. Such a nice ethics teacher, helping Mai out like that for her exam. Also very much appreciated the kiss at the end.

I fully expect Mai becoming an officially certified bunny girl to be an important detail, going forward.

Momoha and Mai were the perfect fanservice combo. Momoha just has that irresistible flirtatiousness, which contrasts so well with Mai’s apprehensive tsun.

That was a good kiss. I appreciate characters like Momoha who aren't shy about pushing the series to stay poly and not just about Rentarou, as much as I like the guy.

Right, having the girls spread the love to each other is much appreciated
