St. Moonlight's School for Witchcraft: The Text Adventure

Oh boy, another text adventure on this site. How original, Tabs...You probably know how it works, don’t you?

Centuries ago, Normals and Witches lived in peace together. All was well until a horde of demons made their way to the earth to terrorize the inhabitants. The Normals, who don't have the skills to defend themselves, blamed the Witches for causing the demons to resurface due to their links to Satanism. Many Witches and Warlocks are often lynched by the Normals and many witch schools were burned to the ground. Now, the 21st Century has just started but not the tolerance of the Normals to the Witches which they are under the rule of the land's current monarch, a wicked man who ought to be worse than Lucifer himself. The Witches go to the schools for the help of preserving their culture but there remains only 2 of them. St. Moonlight's, named after legendary witch Lilac Moonlight, and it's sister school, Stardust Academy. Headmistress Tiger Lily invited you and other witch families for you to come to attend her school as she sees some last hope in you in forming peace along the Normals and The Witches and rid the land of those wicked demons.

What's the "Who are you in the community" thing about? Something like "Respected witch from famous family" or "Witch from poor family"?

The name is Violet Dogwood. I just recently moved here with my parents, Belladonna Dogwood and Oakland Dogwood, from the Shire. We run a garden center, come by for artisanal pots and all sorts of herbs you can use in magic potions.

Ah,you remember that you are Violet Shazneen Nightshade, a witch who specializes in using herbs for medicine and heir to a large fortune.

You’re starting your freshman year at the local high school and you’re in luck! St. Moonlight's goes from grades 7-12. You’ve packed your wand,a couple of herbs from your parents' garden,a spell book bought off of the black market,and a valueable and mysterious ruby that’s a family heirloom. You don’t know why it’s important but it serves as a good luck charm for you.

As you finished packing for school,your familiar comes into your room and starts to rub against you.

Speaking of which,What species is your familiar and what is their name? How do you react to them being affectionate?

Ah yes,your familiar is a gray cat named Smokeweed.As she rubs against you,you give her a couple of pets and hugs for being a good girl.

You hear some shouting outside of your window,it’s one of your friends.

You immediately run down the stairs with your familiar and belongings in tow and you are greeted by Coca Marijuana, the daughter of Stardust Academy's headmaster, Cilantro Marijuana. You’re also greeted by your other two friends, a pair of Warlock Twins.
