I noticed in the thread linked that there was a request for a wick check. Declining; try again once a wick check is done and shows a substantial amount of misuse.

I've wick-checked Ultimate Universe, there's 268 articles using it - many are in the Comic Book namespace.
Following discussion here at Trope Talk
, one comment suggests that the name is not clear and "ultimate" would suggest a last or best Alternate Universe in The Multiverse .
Consolidated Reboot was a suggestion put forward for the new name.
I can see both sides of the argument about the name, with it being a concise name, but it's whether we should let it stay or not which is difficult.
I've still got to go through each and every example, but this is not about trope misuse, but whether the name is subjective.
We already have Continuity Reboot and Soft Reboot, so the suggested name works well in that regard.
My point is, I want to have a clear name for this and ensure the trope doesn't fall into Square Peg Round Trope.
I think it could be renamed, but need consensus first.
