Should we have a Style Guide for Trope Writing?

Alrighty, got something set up, so it's feedback time. I didn't go in any detail about Needs A Better Description because the page itself isn't quite clear on when to take action yourself and when to go to Trope Talk.

As an aside, shouldn't Trope Decay be in the administrivia namespace?

Trope Decay is a question for Outdated Pages.

Addition looks good, though you might want to move the last bullet up to stop people from making radical changes without discussion.

I'll continue improvement of the page with the "improve description" element incorporated then. Some examples when to act and when to ask would probably be good for context; I'll be needing some feedback when I've got them if they're good examples or not.

Bumping to get this more attention.

I think the draft looks ok now. But would be nice to get mod opinion if this is needed or not.
