Got Nearl to Elite 2, which makes her my third after Ptilopsis and Exusiai.

Not sure who I should work towards promoting next. :|a

I feel weird about promoting Defenders to E2 since they cost more DP but in most cases don't actually get that much better at their job.

Only one I've E2 thus far is Silver Ash because I keep trying to bring everyone up to an usable level.

Same. Looking the art up on the internet just isn't as satisfying as having all the art unlocked in-game.

Though I've been trying to prioritize unlocking skills for E2 promotion.

I mean I've just been promoting my entire team one by one. But defenders have been lower priority so far. I currently have, uh... 12 E2s.

That said, my first promotion was Shining just because she looks cool so there's that.

I should probably just work on leveling up the units I haven't given much attention to for a while.

I'm currently working on promoting Ptilopsis and Lappland, though it'll be a while before I have the LMD or EXP cartridges to do so for either of them.

I've reached a point where I've got a backlog of people at 60-70 waiting on Promotion mats more than LMD.

Idk if CN has this already but I wish there was a 0 sanity map for messing around with units

yeah I know expedited plans let you practice all maps for just 1 sanity but being low on sanity at times means I feel like it's being wasted if it doesn't regen fast enough while practicing.

On the topic of promoting to E2, I feel like I'm still far away to any of them... Since for the past months, my general playstyle to Level Grinding is to evenly keep all operators of a team in the same level. In retrospect, it kinda hurt my progression as well, because I ended up replacing a lot of those levelled-up operators in the end when I got new, better units.

However, I recently felt the itch to try to have an E2 unit now at least... Because I went through my Workshop and found out I was already able to craft blue/silver/gold rarity materials due to a lot of green-rarity mats stockedpiled beforehand.

And however, the other factor that could slow us all down in our E2 grinds are the damn LMD costs.

It doesn't cost 1 sanity, it costs 1 plan. The UI is a little confusing about this. It costs 0 sanity to play any map on Practice.

...Oh my god, I just realized that the EXP cartridges follow the same color coding as the Operator rarities. Guess it makes sense; using a gold or holo-gold cartridge on a green Operator is honestly kind of overkill. At least you get enough of those to max level the Starter squad pretty easily, if you care about doing that.

Just saw the episode with Ifrit.

It was adorable and now I'm happy I rolled her.

BTW, sorry for double posting, but does anyone knows when the next banner hits?

EDIT: New banner is live. My pull got me Franka and a duplicate Ch'en, but I've been saving my yellow certificates and was able to get both Saria and Firewatch from the shop.

I'm half tempted to buy Firewatch because I need more snipers and her nukes in particular

I would not recommend buying Firewatch because you need more snipers, because the way she works is so unusual that you can't really slot her where other snipers would go.

Buy Firewatch if you want Firewatch, but she's not a substitute for "good snipers" generally.

Does anyone else have her range? It's hella wide.

Not yet, but there's a 4* coming up in the future with her archetype.

Firewatch is huge investment. Need her at skill mastery 3 for the triple nukes.

Nice to finally have a unit to buff attack. Warfarin banner soon pls? With Halloween on April, it would be nice to have the vampire on rate up.
