Can I grab a TLP that was discarded by its launcher and restored by me?

the TLP in question, Dungeons and Dragons Episode

it was badly written as created, and its creator (~Tabby Girl 4) discarded it rather than try to fix it. however, i think there is a trope here, and im willing to sponsor it if tabby doesn't want it anymore. im fairly new to TLP, though, and im not sure what the proper procedure is here.

The original sponsor discarding the draft means they've given up on it, so it's a free-for-all if anyone wants to restore and work on it. I see no reason taking it for yourself would be against the rules. (I know it's moot here because we have RPG Episode, but this could happen again in the future)
