Suggestion: Limerick

I have a few suggestions
That I would like to mention
This one would fit the bill
This one is quite a thrill
So which do you think deserves attention?

I'm very perplexed
By all of their text
We should leave the page blank instead

Prithee stop and think about this
Any image pick'd would be remiss
They all would be hex'd
By far too much text
We should be considering BUPKIS.

Your arguments deserve a raise
But while it's inherently text-based
That doesn't stop us from
Putting images on other poem-
and text heavy tropes like this place

Regarding the links from earlier
I've went and made them a tad fitter
The first suggestion was not bogus
The second one's cropped to focus
Now tell me which of these do you prefer?

The inventiveness here's been quite cunning
To the options above
The first fits like a glove
And as a page pic would be stunning.

An image on this page would be fine, I reckon

Of the suggestions I much prefer the second

But the first isn’t bad

If it were chosen I wouldn’t be mad

But to my eye, the latter more interestingly beckons.

These pictures are not bad,
Though the text makes some quite mad,
The one I pick
Is the second one, sick!
The pose gives some fun to be had.

My vote, it goes to the first one

XKCD is more fun

The second lacks context

Visitors left vexxed

Without other frames it's undone

More ways option 2 is rubbish

The syllable count doesn't mesh

It's harder to read

At regular speed

And the quality is unprofesh

I'll admit 1 is quicker to read
And that may be all that we need
To show off this style
It can't take a while
Limericks move at quick speed
