To be honest I like the new image: it's not a fan art (it's the Kris Anka variant of the second issue of the 2016 James Robinson Scarlet Witch run) and I prefer the composition of this one (the background of the original throws me off). I vote Keep Until Better Image Suggested.

It was changed some months ago without discussion. Note that it's the default aspect of the character, and aside from some brief attempts to change it every now and then, it has been largely consistent from the 1960s to modern day. It is also a good image from an actual comic book (Avengers vs. X-Men #0), with the character using her powers. The current one, besides not being the standard one and changed without discussion, looks like a cheap fan art (perhaps it is not, but it is clearly of lower quality).
