OK, here's where this thread is standing, with the unlocking:
Given the widespread backlash and complaining about certain aspects of the work (i.e. Dexit), we wanted to communicate very clearly what we are not willing to put up with: prolonged, circular complaining (or wonking).
Of course, with a controversial subject that has a large impact on the gameplay, Dexit is in one of those areas where there it may be on-topic to discuss it, but the nature of that discussion can wildly vary. As has been said elsewhere, we ix-nayed discussion of Dexit entirely because it never seemed to happen without devolving into that kind of complaining.
However, we're willing to unlock the thread after this 3-day cooldown period because the Pokemon General thread has been stable enough. And -
Can I discuss Dexit?
Yes. But if there is prolonged wonking on it, the thread just becomes an echo chamber of complaints and we do not like that. No one likes that. The same rules as ever apply. Be a constructive, healthy space. Have conversations about what you like, and what you don't like, but the thread should not get locked into a series of bitter complaints.
If you have questions or concerns about mod implementation or action, we have a thread for that here.
Alright? Thank you all for waiting this out. I hope we're all good now.

I don't think it was ever stated. Or maybe I missed it.
In other news, beat the Champion, didn't run into any problems, but then again, my inherited team was already min maxed at the start of the game (stat-wise, not level wise), and my Inteleon and Sandaconda followed suit once I got to Wyndon.
I think I'll rock this team◊ once again for postgame issues once Armor drops and the remaining third becomes importable; High Horsepower Azumarill and Sludge Bomb Zoroark will be fun.
I was expecting a rock-type team Just For Pun.
Shiny Charm get! Finally. Thank Arceus trade evolutions can be found in the wild. I really hope they do that in future games; it makes this so much easier.
That, and don't remove the fucking GTS in the main game.
I've explained this a bunch of times, but creating multiple GT Ses for every future title where only a limited number of pokemon can be traded per game rather than 1 universal GTS that can update indefinitely is....well dumb.
Fair enough. But I do wish there was direct access between game rosters, rather than having to transfer to Home all the time.
That, and make trade evolutions work in Home. Or at least in the GTS part.
Yeah, making trade evolutions not work there really hurts its functionality. Maybe they'll address that at some point.
Well i can see why though. Unlike the main games you cant equip Everstones. So if you needed the mid evo or a karrablast for some reason and it evolved that could cause issues.
That could be solved by allowing players to cancel evolutions in progress like you can in the main games.

Or have it as a toggleable option in the app menu.
Speaking of, it would be nice if the GTS had item-holding specifications. For item-holding trades, or just item trades. Those damn fossils come to mind.
You can't send items to HOME anyway.
Ah right. Forgot about that. Wish you could though. I always had a spare Master Ball or two by the time I moved my specimens over.
So, I got a shiny Dreepy...
On my first egg, without a shiny charm. While only breeding for natures and I Vs.
Fuck I want that luck for OTHER stuff.
EDIT: Oh hell, it is a 5 IV one; lacking Sp Def.

Dreepy is pretty good so I'm not sure what you're complaining about.
Where there's life, there's hope.It was an incredibly lucky event, and I wish I had that luck for OTHER stuff rather than for a hobby; that was the joke.

Everyone.
Raihan needs your help. He keeps getting destroyed:
Save this man, while there's still something to save.
One Strip! One Strip! From 1 to ara ara, how hot is Melony?
I know the pose afterward was the Yamcha death pose, but was that "not bad" a goddamn reference to Kittan from Gurren Lagann?
oh my god it is

"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."There's no way it isn't a TTGL reference.
Also, I see Klara's headpiece and can't help but think how it looks like a Dustox. But Hoennian Dustox is already a Poison-type and would hardly not be a Bug-type. Has any regional variant kept the base variant's original typing?

... And that's called jazz!Normal Rattata?
Geodude, Exeggutor, Mr Mime, Zen Darmanitan and Stunfisk change the secondary typing; Rattata, Raichu, Diglett, Grimer, Zigzagoon and Yamask add a secondary typing.
I'll expect Slowbro to become Psychic/Poison, a part Psychic Beautifly, and a part Poison Dustox.
You could probably just change Dustox's Bug type to Fairy?
There's been 1 person per gen, but...now that i think about it I cant recall who is setting up thr box in Galar. Was it Sonia? It might be...wasnt she the one who let you access the box in the area?
