I prefer 6.1, since Quagmire is clearly significantly older than Meg. Given that this is a YMMV trope, we want something to squick the audience more than the cast.

The despair in 6.3 sells the idea of "nope" to me better than the other two by a small degree. A vote for 6.3.

If I read the trope correctly, a character not being into it is not relevant. It could make it more squicky or less depending on the viewer.
Btw, 6.3 has the disadvantage of overlapping with the upcoming Flirtatious Chair Straddle.
No Yay is a YMMV trope, so I think 6.1 is better, because Quagmire is clearly older than the teenage Meg.

As someone who doesn't watch the show, the age gap in 6.1 really doesn't come across to me at all. Having read the comments now, I can sort of imagine how they might be different ages. But I never would have guessed that on my own. 6.2 or 6.3 would be better.
