Yes, they stopped displaying forum post numbers about six months ago, I think. The workaround I've used is clicking on "hollar post" to find the post number.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.I find that hovering over the timestamp will, after a few seconds, show you the number in the little box that appears on the bottom of the screen.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessThe timestamp has the post number, and you can pothole that as a link to previous posts. Example: post #2. The devs don't think it's important to display it.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Well, that's good enough I guess. It's not as convenient, but at least I don't have to count the posts one by one to see what order it is in.
Thanks, all.
Removing the post number honestly serves no benefit (at least any that I can think of) and makes IP discussions way more irritating for mobile users. I'd prefer to have them back since they did serve a purpose.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?
At the very least there's nothing that'll be hurt by bringing them back. It's just a lot more convenient.

So is it just me, or has the forum stopped showing the post numbers? I still see some people mention post numbers when referring to previous posts (especially in IP threads), but I don't know where they're pulling these numbers from.
