This does seem tropeable, but the description is pretty long-winded and most of it isn't even about the trope. I mean, the trope is Reality Is Unrealistic (reverb happening when it didn't before, etc.) but the description is about the Truth in Television elements (namely what reverb is, etc.).
I agree with sending this to TLP. There's a trope here, but the description needs a lot of work, and the examples need to be fished for.
