Tropers: The Series discussion thread

Newcomer here, with just one question: If this forum RP is a Fantasy/Sci-Fi Kitchen Sink, then alien characters are allowed, right?

Yeah! Anything, really, by what i've seen. Just don't sway the thread too much or godmod.

By what i'm saying, I basically mean, "If you are an alien, don't make too big of a scene coming in unless you tell everyone you're doing it and they're ok with it."

That would definetly be funny in the thread, and either we can fall for it for a few pages or just go, "Nope. You're an alien."

As for Smily, that can work if you want, it can make for some good humor. I'd advise not thinking of it too much though, just hop in and have fun.

Oh, sorry. Thought this was kind of just a prologe. Everyone's been talking about th eother one.

A select couple of people have mostly been talking about the other one, sure, but this one also has its own concept that many of us have been equally excited for.

Me too. A lot of the wacky situations fit cartoon more than live action.

No, you don't need to do anything like that. You just need to let us know you're joining and that's it.

yeah there's really no need to build a whole character with reference images before joining. some people like to do that, but this isn't that kinda thread.

most of us just hopped in and developed our characters as the story went on (the premise of the thread is that we're supposed to be author avatars, yknow? just kinda makes sense)

I understood what you were saying perfectly - I was simply stating that it was late at night in my timezone and wanted to log off for sleep BEFORE spending today prepping for my debut in Tropers: The Series. Just know that my character will be a Tranquillityite Gem pretending to be a human by the name of Tilly.
