Anyway, in Latin America, 20th Century Fox's Spanish dubs are usually produced at Labo (formerly Laboprime) and New Art Dub (formerly Grabaciones y Doblajes, which was also used for Disney's dubs until the Turn of the Millennium) in Mexico City, while most of Disney's dubs were produced at Taller Acustico, also in Mexico. Would the merger also have an impact on future Latin American Spanish dubs in general?

He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.Maybe, maybe not. Depends on if whoever is in charge decides that all dubs HAVE to be done by the same provider.
Speaking of dubs, you guys know how 20th Century Fox co-distributed the recent Dragon Ball movies in Japan with Toei?
I guess with the Disney/Fox deal closed, those co-distribution rights go to Disney (or at least their Japanese division)?
Yes...unless there is something in the contract which prevents that. But I don't see why there should be.
I'm pretty sure Fox is the official distributor of movies everywhere since they acquired the live action rights (it was a whole package). Theoretically, Disney should own the movie distribution rights for future movies, as well as rights for a potential live action movie if they feel like giving it another shot.
Disney-ABC Television is now Walt Disney Television. Their press website now has Fox's TV divisions like Fox Studios and Fox21 Television Studios.
Looks like they screwed up on the "Fox Studios" page as it just leads to the site regarding Fox's (former) backlot, which Disney doesn't own!

The fate of the show's runs on Adult Swim and TBS, which has seasons 1-15, is up in the air. Also puts Bob's Burgers, The Cleveland Show and American Dad! (all of which air on Adult Swim, too) in limbo as well.

I’m fairly certain Disney is going to correct those errors regarding said links to Fox Studios in the next few weeks.
And I’m wondering what will become of The Simpsons or Fox's telecasts of their sports programs.

He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself. And the rights Comedy Central and SyFy have to air Futurama, as well.*

FXX, which is Disney-owned, has cable syndication rights to that program. The sports programs on Fox aren't going anywhere since Fox Sports US wasn't part of the sale.

Disney does own the rights to the Buffyverse right?
The Buffyverse was owned by Fox, so yeah, Disney now owns it. Which makes Buffy a Disney Princess, dammit.
What's interesting is that Boom! Studios just got the license to make Buffy comics and is currently making a pretty good modern-day reboot of the show in comic form. But I do wonder if, perhaps, once Boom! loses the license, it will go to Marvel, like they did with Star Wars.
IDW publishes a bunch of Disney Licensed stuff as well.
Stop trying to make everyone a Disney Princess! Being a Disney Princess is about way more than just being a female owned by Disney.
Really it's something far less special. It's about brand recognition.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireI know. But you would be surprised how hotly Disney Princesses are discussed in the fandom. Currently the big question is if Elsa, Anna and Moana can be counted as Disney Princesses since Disney didn't give them an official coronation yet.
Fox 2000's head is being courted by Paramount and Sony.
What do both studios have in common? They're both run by former Fox executives (and were both rivals there).

Peace is the only battle worth waging.Company Man weighs in on the deal, noting that Fox has been Disney's biggest acquisition yet.
Nothing new there. He basically just lists what we already know. In fact, he entirely leaves out Disney various international assets.
So, the screenwriters behind The Film of the Book of The Fault in Our Stars posted this guest column for the Hollywood Reporter regarding the closure of Fox 2000 yesterday...

Here's some slight good news: the TV division doesn't appear to be suffering the kind of bloodbath we saw at the movie side yesterday. The smaller operations of ABC Studios helps makes integration easier.
TV distribution's another matter, though.
