Fire Emblem Warriors Spoilers Thread (Beware of unmarked spoilers!)

I am sick of the demonic possession bullshit in Fire Emblem. Takumi, Robin, Garon, and now this? Just give the Generic OC his own human form.

Then it wouldn't be FE. Even TMS did it with malevolent Mirages.

Lyon pulled it off the best I think.

Um, none of those are cases of demonic possession. Those are cases of draconic possession, except for Garon. In Garon's case, it's not really Garon at all.

So, all this ending up doing was wasting his design and character. You can't keep reusing this plot device or the forgotten memery trick for your story narrative.

...I'm not seeing how it's wasting his design or character. We have no context as to why he's like that at all. And even if it is a dragon possessing him, I don't see how it's a waste of anything.

I would like to see another Manakete villain.

Humans Are the Real Monsters. Manakete villains will never be able to outdhine human evil. Look at poor, tragic Medeus. Usurped by a human grown lab experiment with a god complex as evil incarnate.

Not gonna lie, I'm full on expecting Gharnef to screw the heroes out of a victory at somepoint just like he did in the last FE crossover he showed up in.

Bonus points if it leads to the Chaos Dragon becoming an even bigger threat.

Seriously, we have two different pages on all the shit FE reuses.

Again I would enjoy FE if it didn't need to rely on these plots all the time. Not everything has to because a dragon possessed some dude or I forgot important details from my life.

Though some of those fan archetypes are real stretches IMO.

Intelligent System has an official list of archetypes which is different from fan ones.

If the Chaos Dragon can possess people or drive them mad with power, I hope they make it horrifying. Berkut swaying back and forth like a broken marionette and Takumi reduced to a snarling murderous beast were both scenes that I really liked.

Pretty sure the official list includes "old veteran (preferably on a horse)", "green-red duo" "swordsman (seeking to master the way of the sword)", "dark magic user who's a major villain", and "incredibly powerful villain dragon guy"

Basically, they also don't differentiate between Oifey and Jagen.

Also Kain and Alva of Thracia 776 aren't considered part of the Cain and Abel archetype.

Its an ok design, but I would've liked to see Medeus.

Also NGL, I keep thinking Yune when I hear chaos in a Fire Emblem related topic.

Though it'll probably get a Dub Name Change just like Gimli and Hydra.

Huh, Chaos Dragon does look like something out of Monster Hunter. Neat.

After all of the demon/dragon hybrids, that looks refreshingly straightforward.

Since there's no spoiler yet to their kingdoms dragon still betting its the Chaos Dragon and everyone forgot his original dragon breed.

You know, if that dragon was in a Monster Hunter game, it'd probably be an Elder Dragon that lets you mine items from that red gem on its head...provided you managed to knock it down first.

Hope a full-body image gets revealed soon.

I want to see Medeus, Loptyr, and Grima come out of nowhere and do the Exaflare.
