It was a update added a few years after launch.
And they updated it again so you don't have to do it eight times just to get 25% boost from each loss.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. The game tells you the first time you die in a story battle
So I recently started...I believe the correct term is leeching...some Omega Raids.
Is there anything I do with the drops to exchange for Omega Weapons or do I just keep repeating until something good falls on my lap?
EILI 5, if you may.
Repeating. Right now they're are typicaly shop boosts that enhance EXP and drop rate, but I don't know if you have enough.
Everythings boosted right now too so te bonuses are best used when EXP is increased by 50%+Shop EXP Boost.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. The pendants gained from each raid can be exchanged in the shop for weapons, it's 2500 for the Omega weapons.
The White (or Black) Rabbit/Kaguya summons boost item drop rates, they can usually be found in the misc tab.
Item drops are mostly used for weapon upgrade quests like the Relic Weapons, but don't worry about those yet. Your big aim leeching Omega raids is to get lucky with weapon or summon drops, and to get Pendants (the points you get for participating in raids). Pendant drops are proportional to your contribution to the raids, so you probably won't get too many too soon.
Actually, where are you in the story? Progressing can unlock more primals to fight and more classes, too.
It's been fun.I stopped at chapter 60, I got my ass kicked by Pommern and decided it was for the best to level my game a little.
Bit of a mood killer, really, I was getting really into the story.
Oh if you've gotten to that point, that means you've unlocked the free quest on Amalthea to start Arcarum mode which is worth doing some runs on because that's pretty generous with SSR weapons.
Aaaaaand the boss just made me his bitch.
I think Imma just focus on the side stories for now. They give a Omega Weapon for each, yeah?
They're not Omega weapons, the event weapons either share the same skills as gacha weapons or have their own unique skills.

I would not recommend attempting to unlock Arcarum until you have at least half a decent grid for one element. The quest to unlock it is pretty challenging for a new player
Just stumbled upon this OST and, well, all those Kiarax Belial fanarts are starting to make much more sense now.
I'm real glad whoever composed this song actually bothered to make the english lyrics make sense.
Won't get to read "What Makes the Sky Blue" for quite a while, but I can already tell Cygames get an A for effort.
If a song has vocals in GBF chances are that it's probably really good.
Yeah, they're all really amazing. The big blockbuster song from the third Sky Is Blue (which is a big spoiler, by the way) is something like twelve minutes long, and it's a masterpiece.
It's been fun.Happy New Genesis music video
It really hasn't illuminated why the costumes are birds, but it's cute to see the five hanging out.
Is Diantha's bird "outfit" released already?
Geez, I can't fathom any In-Universe justification for this idea, nor any applicable tropes to describe this content at first glance.
Where did this actually originate from? The Grand Blues! strips? If so, then we may have forgotten to include a case of Ascended Meme or Running Gag in her character tropes folder. It could also mean that the meme is that popular in Japan before.
With Great Power, Comes Great MotivationI finally have unlocked Fire Grandpa
It'll be ages before I get my next Eviolite so it's time to take a break from seriously grinding Arcarum for now
Id do it just for the Summon benefits.
Got Sun fully uncapped even though I don't plan on recruiting him yet. Since I want Lobelia after Caim.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I pulled the Gala banner, and got Farrah, S!Anthuria, S!ShishouScathacha, S!Cagliostro, S!Friday, and Lunalu.
...I got no idea how good or bad that was, but hey, at least I have a Dark SSR, now.
(S stands for "Summer", btw)
Dancing Avengers was actually really good, it was very cheesy and melodramatic but it just worked.
Like A Thousand Reasons, Aliza turned out to be the boring intro to get to the good stuff, unlike A Thousand Reasons, Dancing Avengers actually had a really solid story underneath instead of a haphazard bunch of vignettes slapped together.
The musical segments were the highlight and I found Attiyah and Tabina to be a pretty decent romance. Wahid was overly cartoonish at times and his redemption might have been rushed but again it's melodrama so I can forgive it.
There are some nitpicks (Tabina's mom is introduced wayyyyy too late in the story to explore her relationship in this vengeance mess, Attiyah being able to beat all the mooks was one of those "well I guess this might as well happen" moments with unsatisfactory buildup, the religious corruption and Fazal angle isn't explored as much as I would've liked) but those don't really detract from the story.
Also Boots and Blades was one of my first events, so I'm super proud of Stan and how he's grown, I'm glad they didn't go too deep into the angst. I want him so badly to be the next SSR and also without the cloak, I need to see how they redesigned his outfit
Percival's Gilgamesh-esque brand of Tsundere really touches all the right notes in the rotting lump of dead flesh that I have in place of a heart. It just so .
And Siegfried is quickly rising into my favorite characters list.
I really was not expecting the Bollywood segments at all.
Burning love! The Dragon Knights in general are good characters.
Also I bought the Happy New Genesis CD, Danchou-san as a bird is real tiny, he got covered up by Shiva in his raid. And poor Diantha gets covered by the Attack button where she's placed in my team.
...there's a reentry bonus!?
How come the bullshit tutorials never told me that!?
