Mmmm. Yeah. TV Tropes only launched in 2004 The account age thing is borked and has been since it was first installed. It's accurate for accounts made since it was installed, but not for accounts that pre-existed it; they all show as 5904 days (16+ years).

Your practically ancient. Remember you have to sit on the porch and yell at the kids as they run by but not on your lawn. If they do get on your lawn you have to wave your cane and yell incoherently.

In society at large your still considered more or less young but your also not the same as "College Young". Namely most people expect you to have gotten the worst of college age shenanigans out of your system by this point.

I know 30 is not old nowadays but how do you overcome the stigma that comes with it? I feel really saddened by this fact and I really feel unusually self conscious as of late. What advice can you older folks give to someone like me?

GAP: Honestly don't worry about it. Your still considered youngish for the most part. Your at that awkward "transition" point. Your old enough to not be a dumb 20 something doing silly shit but young enough to still screw around and have fun. Frankly I would find people who don't care and hang out.

33 is a good number. If I get a choice in how my astral projection looks in whatever there is upon death, that's the age for me!
The early twenties are overrated as the age to be for immortal beings; having a bit more maturity to the youthfulness is better.
At the very least, you're unlikely to still get carded when doing a weekly shop. 
Not my age, but the fact I've had a TV tropes account for 17 years...
