I feel like it was a tad bit of an overreaction but I could see why people reacted how they did.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Because in this day and age, having a meal with someone you probably strongly disagree with somehow means you're a traitor to whatever a group you're a part of.
Didn't say they were right to react that way. Like, I understand why people would get mad but I still feel like they overreacted to it.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? That wasn't really aimed at you, just at the general idea that people would get mad over people having lunch together.
For me Hbomber is basically the liberal version of Sargon. Both are British, both have strong political beliefs, and both bring up several good points in their videos. but both have issues that keep me from being a fan from either.
Just because people have conflicting ideologies does not mean that they are required by law to be enemies. .

Since when has Sargon ever had good points?
I am not justifying their reactions. I understand their view but that doesn't mean I agree with it.

Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I think his points about how "the one who must not be named' videos series being chalk full of errors, free speech on the internet, and the Far left groups are solid.... Its just he also has several viewpoints that I find... troubling. For instance his views on other races and the fact that several associates of his are Neo Nazis... plus that one rape joke.
The liberal version of Sargon?
Sargon of fucking Akkad? The man unable to do basic research on literally all the subjects?
Surely you're joking.
PS: The pedantic in me feels like pointing out Hbomber does not identify as liberal. He claims to be Far-Left, expressing pretty open support for Socialism.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Conspiracy nut Sargon?
Sargon "I'm making a petition to ban social justice courses despite being an alleged classical liberal who is pro-freedom of speech" of Akkad.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? It's refreshing to see a measured response video that actually is a measured response... mostly.

Shit, nevermind, ya removed the video.

Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Yeah, I realized you posted it on the last page.
Don't worry, it happens. :)
New video, kinda quick after the last one.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I just watched one of this guy's videos at random and started gobbling them up. It's so refreshing to find sourced, analytical, critical thinking on You Tube, a platform which is usually rancid with "rationalists"
My various fanfics. His skill with comedy is amazing.
Like. The timing of "a giant sucking machine MUCH LIKE MICROSO-" in the Yooka Laylee vid gets me every time.

Probably my favorite is in a video where he's talking about how to criticize art, and after explaining it he goes "So there you have it. Now you can have my art bachelor AND MY UNPAYABLE AMOUNTS OF DEB-- [Smash Cut to something else]".
"All you Fascists bound to lose."It's in the midst of Sonic Serious Lore Analysis, my favorite video:
At some point in 5:43.

"All you Fascists bound to lose."HBomb would probably chew you out (or at least snark heavily at you) if you called him a liberal.
He doesn't really like liberals.
Fanfiction I hate. All of you Hbomber-fans, have you watched Shaun's videos? First knew him through some videos by a certain Teal Deer, then decided to check Shaun's channel out nonetheless. I find this Shaun -guy very sensible, measured and civil and I really like what he has to say, though I don't agree with quite everything.
Really? That's the controversy?
