The trope applies to works where Breaking the Fourth Wall applies frequently, but many examples on the page just list standalone instances of fourth wall breaking. Examples:

Dragon Half. At one point in the second episode, a new character appears to proclaim the main heroine his implacable rival. He gives an impressive rant about what she's supposedly done to him... and she has no idea what he's talking about. He pulls out a TV set and a tape of the first episode to show her, only to find that all his scenes were cut by the editor. This prompts another rant.

the final episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog. When Eustace says "Someone who'll make you perfect", he looked straight at the camera (and points at it too) as if he meant the viewers.

Additionally, the related trope He Knows About Timed Hits has a number of examples on the video game section of this page as well. Example:

Sonic Heroes: When grinding, use the X button to accelerate, and the left thumbstick to balance."

My hope is for people familiar with the works in question to either elaborate for proper examples or remove them if they are not.

A bit too reliant on anecdotal evidence to make a good thread. Closing.
