I have Skype, but I mainly use it when I do work-related stuff and it's tied to my professional e-mail.

That's why I have three accounts on it.

Anyway, I'm back and fully recapped. I'm going to check on some things and then try to start on a post. I suspect I'll only be getting in one more post tonight, since I don't have a lot of time to be online.

To get this out of the way now so I don't have to worry about it later; tomorrow's early shift isn't too long, so I should actually be home over an hour before my quick posting earlier today. Of course, I'll certainly want a bath and probably a short nap after I get back, so I don't know when I'll actually be getting online. Could be earlier, could be later. Also I'll probably go out sometime later, but that'll be after I get on and recap and post.

Here now, fully recapped. Sleep last night was awful and even after my napping while my laundry was going, I'm still feeling pretty out of it; but it's late enough and I'm feeling awake enough that I don't want to try napping any more lest I ruin my chance at being in bed on time tonight.

Anyway, so I'm going to check on some things and then try to work on a post, but I think it might take me a while to get it done. With the way I'm currently feeling, and that I'll still have to go to bed relatively early tonight, I might not do more than one post today.

EDIT: Well, got more posting done than I thought I would. Anyway, with that I'm gonna go for tonight. Tomorrow's shift ends an hour earlier than today's did; plus if I'm lucky I'll get good sleep tonight and thus not have to spend so long napping after work tomorrow. I'm not going to worry about it too much though given next week's schedule, since I can stay up late tomorrow night.

Which speaking of, before I forget: Now I do think this will be possibly subject to change because they did schedule me a day that I had technically requested off, but we'll have to see how that goes. First there's an early shift Wednesday,^note This one is almost certainly not going to change, because it's a mandatory meeting. which is a moderate length but starts very early. Then there's a somewhat short evening shift Friday, an early shift of the same length Saturday,^note This is the day that I had, technically, requested off. then a slightly longer early shift next Sunday. (So a week from tomorrow/today based on when you're reading this.)

So once again next Friday night I might be a bit boned in terms of posting, and Tuesday might not be so great for me either.

ALSO! To those waiting for Day 16, I'm gonna do what I can to work on the transition stuff tomorrow after work, and with luck maybe I'll even be able to have it done before I go to bed tomorrow night. But if that does not end up happening, I should be able to have it done sometime Monday/Monday night.

Here now, fully recapped. Sleep went better than the other night, but was still a little sparse, and two days in a row of that was still being a bit harsh on me so I went ahead with some napping today. I'm going to check on some things, and then try to make a quick response post relatively soon. I might try to go see Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 sometime later this evening.

And of course as I mentioned before, I will be trying to get work done on the transition tonight, and hopefully maybe even have it up before going to bed.

Just as a heads up, I'm probably just going to sit out Day 16, if not for longer than that. It might just be because I'm feeling a little depressed at the moment, but I just haven't been feeling motivated for this RP.

As of now I'm not actually dropping out, but depending on my feelings there's a chance of that happening.

Day sixteen, doomed to pre-repeat it

• Characters are their normal selves.
  • HOWEVER, IMPORTANT EXCEPTION TO NORMAL RULES: Anyone who dies will still have their body vanish and respawn as normal, however all their items, including clothes, will not. The items will instead remain there and not be reset. The character will then respawn wearing only animal furs, stereotypical caveman style.
• The city is still the usual platform floating in a void shape, however it is transformed into a varied prehistorical style of different landscapes with three distinct areas.
  • The outermost area is a "tundra" style of area with sparse vegetation and fake snow on the ground; said snow is actually just shredded paper. Buildings in this area are turned into small caves or other underground hovels.^note Of the notable buildings, this includes the cinema as an expansive cave with beautiful rock formations and some natural lighting coming in from holes above; the replicators are gone, and one can still try to watch movies, however the movies are done by magically moving cave paintings, and there's no sound. The prison as a dark, rocky underground cave network with pits that are hard to climb out of serving as the cells; it still has the effect of making suicide impossible. And the radio station as a little hovel that like the cinema likewise lost its functions. Also note that the tundra area isn't really that cold. It's also of course where the balconies are located, being the outer edge area of the city.
  • Between the outer edge and the center is a temperate forest/jungle area. The vegetation is somewhat thick, and the trees are especially large. Buildings in this area are now the insides of hollowed out large trees.^note Of the notable buildings, this includes the catgirl's diner inside a fruit bearing tree relatively smaller than the other trees of the forest, but otherwise has lost its functions. The grocery store as a lush grove of food-bearing plants surrounded by a field of raptor-hiding tall grass. And the hospital as a shorter but stout hollowed tree surrounded by a grove of medical herbs.
  • In the center is a "volcano", however there does not seem to be any heat or real volcanic activity involved; there is a plume of black smoke rising from the top, however close inspection would reveal that said smoke is a paper cloud like those in the sky, just especially dark. There are no buildings in this area, except for the library, which is found inside the volcano via a network of snaking tunnels. Unlike all other buildings, the library is still its usual self, albeit the view is ruined since the windows only look out into an immediate rock wall.
    • As with similar days, the city shifting still affect the layout of each section individually, but the shifting will not abruptly take anything or anyone from one section to another section. IT IS ESPECIALLY RECOMMENDED THAT EVERYONE USES LOCATION HEADERS ON ALL POSTS DURING THIS DAY TO HELP AVOID CONFUSION AMONG OTHERS. THANK YOU.
• Fitting with the theme, the jungle and tundra are populated with various prehistoric animals, particularly dinosaurs. Players will be allowed to out of character spawn in and control these animals for your characters to encounter. However, spawning in anything that could serve as a boss encounter is off-limits.^note As a rule of thumb, if it's bigger than a car and would fight you, then it probably counts. Also, do not spawn in creatures to a scene your character is not involved in without checking if the players whose characters are in said scene are okay with it; and even if your character is in a scene, if there are lots of other characters there you should check if everyone is alright with it first. These enemies should be considered dangerous, though can generally be autohit and autokilled freely.
  • Also note that since as far as the RP is canonically concerned, all fictional universes are real, therefore all fictional depictions of prehistoric animals are fair game to use. This means no complaining about historical inaccuracy. (I'm looking at you, "dinosaurs had feathers not scales" people.)
• Miss Tairee is not allowed to give anyone items that exceed a stone age level, except for books, and there is a sign on her desk that says so.

Here now, fully recapped. Having a bit of a weird day, but I'll try to have a post up relatively soon; I'll start on that after I check on some things. In a while I need to head out for something, but it shouldn't take long; and hopefully I'll have a post up before then anyway.

Also, quick update on my weekly schedule: Turns out I'm going to have a doctor's appointment early in the day on Thursday. So this week is for the most part a week of stuff going on early for me. Though the stuff shouldn't be taking up a lot of time itself, with me being nocturnal this might wreck havoc on my sleeping schedule, so this weeks' gonna be kind of bumpy for me starting Wednesday.

@Truth Hurts 22: The library isn't dark on the inside; it still has the lights on. It's just the windows all darkened out with the rock on the other side.

Well, with that post just so that people won't have to be waiting on me as much, I think I'll call it for the night. I'm not going to bed just yet, but probably won't do any more posting.

Don't forget you guys can control and fight the day enemies on your own within reason. So don't feel like you have to wait on me to keep things rolling there; my direct input will only matter with more significant enemies, city NPC enemies, or the day boss.

Tomorrow I don't have anything in particular planned, and should be awake a few hours earlier than I was today.

Would all forms of advanced technology inside the houses and buildings in the City past prehistoric be downgraded or outright vanish except any the P Cs have on them? I ask because of Plague Knight's lab.

Anyway, I'm here now and fully recapped. Still thinking of exactly what I want to post, so it might be a little while; I'm going to check on some things in the meantime. Tomorrow's early meeting is so early that I'll have to be going ridiculously earlier than I usually would tonight; not like, "I might only get one post" early, but just thinking about it is distracting my thoughts. (Like, I'm pretty much going to have to plan to wear myself out in some way to even be tired enough to fall asleep at a decent time, which is what's preoccupying my thoughts in particular.

EDIT: Alright, that might be my last post for tonight. I've still got about a couple hours before I should call it for the night, but I need to see about making sure I'll actually fall asleep at a decent time and get some actual sleep tonight.

So to mention this now so I don't have to worry about it later; tomorrow's early meeting is supposed to end about three hours before I got on today, assuming it goes as scheduled. Of course, after that I have to get home, then I'm going to see about a chore that needs to get done, then take a bath, and then possibly take a short nap depending on how well sleeping tonight goes. So all in all, I'm not sure when I'll be on, but I'd be surprised if it ends up being much later than when I got on today.

Here now, fully recapped. I have been increasingly unable to sleep as of late and it is wrecking havoc on me. I'm gonna check on some things and then try to work on a post, but I think it might be a while before it's up. There's also another thread I should actually see about posting in, since that should be a pretty quick one to type. And I might go out to eat later.

On the good news for me at least, the doctor's office called and let me know that they actually couldn't do the appointment tomorrow morning and had to reschedule it, so now I don't have to wake up early tomorrow.

EDIT: Alright, with that simple response post, I'll be going for tonight. Tomorrow I'm aiming to be up around 2-3 hours earlier than I got on today, though I will be running out to take care of something before getting on. It shouldn't take more than 2 hours though, I think, so if all goes right I should be on a while earlier than I was today.

Just a heads up, we've got mandatory overtime (10 hour shifts) today and tomorrow, and they haven't decided about Saturday as of the end of the shift yesterday... But I'm pretty sure there's gonna be a Saturday shift too.

There's a chance I could be on for a quick post before work, but I wouldn't count on it; if I do, then that'll be probably more than an hour earlier than I was online today. As for after work, I don't expect to be on until the range of three hours later, and I might only get one post done then, since I'll have to go to bed relatively early for the shift on Saturday.
