I sadly find myself feeling less in suspense on that point now that I realize almost all the PCs are gathered into three or four groups. Doesn't that mean he's likely to encounter several people all at once?

Meantime I'm exhausted from being a pack mule for eight hours today so I'm going to sleep, I'll kick him back into play tomorrow.

Gosh dang it guys... I'm gone for one day, one day, and I have a lot to catch up to... Dang it... In the mean time, while I properly recap, I skimmed through the RP and have made this little list for the heck of it.

Possible Reactions of (some of) the Characters to Mary Killing Cole (besides Cole)

Sawyer: Gets ticked off at Old Feather Beak and (maybe) Mary; will hunt the former relentlessly

Ben: Absolutely horrified

Sadness: Same as Ben, or be incredibly upset that she couldn't stop her

Garrett: Will stay as far away from Mary as possible

Hol Horse: Same as Garrett

Grimlock: Be shocked that Mary would do such a thing, then direct his rage at OFB even if that might make Mary not consider him her friend

Rick: Meh.

Morty: Same as Ben and maybe a panic attack too?

The Tick: Will probably be shocked/surprised that a little girl comitted murder

Gon: Same as Ben or he might just try to arrest Mary

Miss Tairee: Will probably get mad or upset at her boss for having this happen to Mary

Sans: Be reminded of what happened to him; might try to prevent what happened to repeat

Ahem... Excuse me. I get too emersed in these things. And I liked Cole. I do not like that he's a demon now.

That reminds me, I forgot, how did Cole turn back to normal after being a demon once? Edit: Never mind that sentence. I recapped the discussion thread. Now to recap the main thread...

Ben would probably start considering Mary a villain and lump her in with the "people he's trying to lock up" category.

Sans might take the risk of talking Mary down but if that doesn't work then he's not gonna hesitate in the slightest to kill her the first opportunity he gets, repeatedly if need be.

@All Hail Thrall: Thing is, Old Feather Beak probably could make Mary a real girl.

The powers of Chaos are no stranger to mutations and even creating full on new bodies; transforming Mary so that she's actually flesh and blood instead of paint is not outside of plausibility for Old Feather Beak. Of course she might be a horrific abomination of a chimera instead of a little girl, but she would technically be real.

Also, forgot to mention before: There's a slight change to my work schedule for this week. My boss gave me Friday off after she remembered that Friday is my birthday. (Of course I may also just kinda take the day off from posting too.)

I must have skipped like a ton of pages since TVT continues being a little shit.

Alright, I'm gonna get going for tonight. Gonna be sleeping in since I have tomorrow off, but all things considered I should be on much, much earlier than I was today. Like, maybe around the time I made my pre-work stopping in post, though I'd guess a bit later.

I wasn't saying OFB couldn't do it, I'm saying I imagined he probably wouldn't.

This RP's player population is like trying to herd cats, man. XD

I'm trying not to channel my anxiety of "god sadness has to find mary really soon" into the RP, but Sadness is getting pretty concerned and there's no stopping her :P

I hope her characterization isn't going to take a dive during this point, either. If I remember right, once separated from Riley's Headquarters in the movie, she wanted to lie down and die and make Joy do all the work. Now she's being a lot more nervous and proactive. Perhaps it's because Riley wasn't an unstable psychopath, because she was still in a place vaguely familiar to her, or simply because Sadness is reaching the end of her rope.

Sadness also got more confident and proactive towards the end of the movie, if memory serves, so I don't think you're being particularly OOC there.
