   "Alright, I'll give you the best damn massage you've ever had!"   

... somehow he actually made that sound like a threat.

He defends against Azrael's incoming strike by spinning around and letting his speed block the attack. However, parts of the slime still cover him after and explode, making him let out a surprised yelp as he's forced back out of his spin. Angered and growling, Fleetway Super Sonic then shoots a pair of eye lasers, one at Azrael and one at Deus' incoming energy wave to have both attacks explode on impact with each other.

But then, a pause. Fleetway Super Sonic glances back at Dr. Doom when spoken to, now seeing his transformation and him giving some energy to Thor and Corrin to let them do the same.

Despite the situation though, he grins maniacally.

   "You idiot, you just caused your own demise!"   

Right after that he gets hit in the face with Corrin's water jet and flung back. He quickly escapes, though wildly shakes his soggy head.

   "GAH! I HATE water in general! Stop shooting it at m-"   

And then he gets dragon-arm-smacked, as well as overhead-striked by Whitebear's Bisento. While Fleetway Super Sonic is knocked down, he manages to stay standing on his feet, hand against the weapon to block, and immediately tries to blow Whitebeard away with a a pair of eye lasers that mold into a single, large beam.

Regardless of how that goes though, Wanda's well-aimed snipe hits the Chaos Emerald and knocks it out of his hands. Fleetway Super Sonic immediately stops everything he's doing and snatches it before Sonic potentially can, because at this point he figures that Sonic most likely isn't dead yet.

   "Ooooh, you're going to pay for that, you hussy-"   , Fleetway Super Sonic says as he turns his head to look... right in time for Thor's blast of lightning to hit and electrocute him. He actually lets out a scream this time, so at least the attack is hurting him.

The first of Defense's fireballs hits him, and judging by his shocked expression that one definitely hurt. He makes sure to dodge the second one though, assuming that it's a defense-piercing one like the first one.

Mara then suddenly leaps towards Fleetway Super Sonic, slashing him with a blade before punting him up into the air again.

While hurtling up into the air, he gets smacked from behind the head by Mega Mew's Quick Attack. Fleetway Super Sonic holds his hands against the back of his head while grumbling something so obscene that putting it in text would be considered a war crime.

   "Damnit, why are these attacks starting to hurt? They haven't all gotten more powerful!"   

He then holds out his hand, aiming it down.

   "This has stopped being fun a good while ago. I'm going to torch these assholes and continue destroying-"   

A large, shadowy hand opens up behind him. He's unable to react in time before said hand grabs Fleetway Super Sonic.

   "What the-"   

Hub, Mara, Helryx and Axonn turn to look at Teridax, who has seemingly restrained Fleetway Super Sonic with his Shadow Hand.

   "Who the hell is that guy!?"   , Fleetway Super Sonic asks, apparently not even having noticed him before now.

   "I suggest you all take advantage of this opportunity... I doubt this will last..."   , Makuta Teridax says. Axonn seems to smirk.

"Well, I'll be. He turned out to be useful after all."

Axonn moves in, intent on giving the demonic hedgehog some just desserts. Mara grins as well, leaping up to attack. Fleetway Super Sonic creates a Chaos barrier around himself in response, making her attack bounce off of it.

Helryx, however, doesn't move in to attack. Her narrowed eyes are on Teridax, almost as if she's suspicious of him.

Teridax looks up at his prey, eyes eager and expectant. Helryx's eyes widen as she realizes his true intentions.

"He's... waiting for Sonic to weaken so that he can assimilate him!"

PC!Areui grumbles a bit, though he relents as he crouches down to look into the hole in the floor he just made.

"Samaleel, that demon that lived inside a Blood Tree. She's friends with Andras XX, and she had me help her with her... 'trolling...' by going out to the mortal world with her to lure out an angel that had killed Samaleel once in the past. When I dragged the angel down here to make her more vulnerable to the powers of Hell, Samaleel cursed her name so that every time it is said, the first vowel changes between a U and an A. It used to be both an A and U together."

He then pulls something out of it and looks relieved.

"Ah, here it is!"

Doom, being a man who tends to pull similar shit to what Makuta is trying, picks up on it as well. "Unfortunately, we cannot afford to sit back and let him fail, lest our forms expire!"

Indeed, the three Super states are already starting to flicker. He rushes to punch Fleetway. A successful hit will drain a small amount of Chaos energy from him through the Cosmic Power Siphon, sustaining Doom's Super form while weakening him.

Refia stammers in disbelief.    "W-wh-wha-why?!"   

She chooses not to bring up the object he found, considering he snapped at her for bringing up his history when they first met and that definitely looks related to it. She does glance at it, though.

Whitebeard is blown back by the attack, but stays on his feet, though there's a large gnarly mark on his chest, close to his right shoulder. He doesn't let the pain get to him yet, preparing a plan... but then he notices the dark hand grabbing Fleetway Sonic as well as Teridax's gambit, picking up on what's been said.

Hmph! Like I'm going to get manipulated into helping a guy's power grab. Whitebeard prepares to go for a quake move, but too many people are on Fleetway Sonic for him to comfortably use it.

Bah! Stop flocking all over him, damn it! He still gathers a quake-bubble around his fist.

Corrin scoffs at Fleetway Sonic. I'll die stopping you from killing thousands. That's fine to me. He shifts his head into his draconic form and runs up to Fleetway Sonic to try to headbutt him, moving about with five headbutts, each so strong, his mask cracks and shatters.

I can't let it go to waste! Even while stumbling back, with a big old trail of blood trailing from his forehead, Corrin swipes at Fleetway Super Sonic with his tail, it having begun regenerating already. Edward smiles, seeming impressed at Corrin's guts.

Noticing that his Super form was beginning to fade as well, Thor decides to take Doom's advice and leaps towards Fleetway Sonic, planning to deliver a hefty uppercut with Mjolnir.

Wanda casts a suspicious glance at Teridax, her eyes glowing red. Using her Chaos Magic, she attempts to absorb the Chaos energy from Fleetway Sonic's barrier.

The man displayed a curiousity for the binoculars that had suddenly tranformed themselves into a shotgun

This curiousity was soon overshadowed by a loud, earpiercing bang from the location the Russian was staring at…

…Only to find one of the targets had disappeared.

"Wait…What the-"

Our boy was soon cut off by an attack from behind, A man wielding dual hammers slamming one into the soldier and sending him flying, sparks shooting off from his suit.

"Jenkyov…" The man with the hammers snarled, hatred and contempt in his voice.

Jenkyov turned, glaring at the foe.

"Karnege." A grin underneath his helmet, anticipating battle with somebody he had not seen in a long while.

Meanwhile, for the other two, gunfire erupted, aiming specifically at the power armored woman. The source was a hovering drone, some distance away.

And for flint, a single, powerful sniper rifle shot would head directly towards him, the source being an insect soldier in the trees.

Mega Mew fucking cheats and uses Teleport to warp inside Super Sonic's barrier, before ramming him with a wreathe of Psychic energy.

"MEEEW!"

Vs. Fleetway

Azrael simply walks up to the barrier, puts his pointer and middle finger together, and...

Azrael: "Scud Punishment!"

He pushes the fingers through the barrier, cracking it all over as he removes them...

Then, his prey in his grasp, he notices something. And for the first time in the man's life, he strategizes.

Azrael: "You aren't a worthy meal for me. Especially not with everyone here. If I eat you now... It won't be worth it. You're not going all-out... and you can't. These weaklings should be enough to finish you off... Rodent."

Defense smirks at Azrael's progress before sharpening his gaze once more.

Defense: "That brute actually contributed something, even if it's probably self-centered. EXPIRATION!"

Defense conjures a well of dark magic, suddenly shooting up an array of dark spikes from below Fleetway's barrier!

Deus is above Fleetway now, putting his hands together before creating a massive wall of crystal spikes, aiming to crush and impale Fleetway from the other side!

   "!!!"   

A bit alarmed that Azrael can penetrate the barrier, he puts a but more energy into it to heal some of the cracks. He's about to retort with laser eyes, but then he hears Azrael's words and looks pissed.

   "Cocky little-"   

Doom's punch connects, giving him some energy, though since it hits the barrier it doesn't actually harm Fleetway Super Sonic.

Corrin's headbutts and tailswipes get the same result. The cheap bastard is just keeping his shield up even though it's already damaged. Still, the successful strikes mean that Corrin's power-up stays for a while longer.

Thor runs into the same problem, but also gets the same benefits when it comes to how long his power-up lasts. Fleetway Super Sonic isn't sent upwards from the uppercut due to Teridax's Shadow Hand.

As are Deus' and Defense's sandwich-spike attacks, though they eventually manage to be the decisive blows that shatter the barrier.

Some of the Chaos energy starts getting absorbed by Wanda, but she'll find that it hurts like hell! She is definitely capable of absorbing Chaos energy, but she hasn't mastered her powers enough yet to the point where she can just mix them in with her own powers. Though that doesn't mean her efforts are wasted, because if she just dispels the absorbed power then Fleetway Super Sonic has still lost some energy, even if she herself didn't get to keep it.

Mega Mew is the only one who manages to inflict actual damage to him here due to the barrier already being gone. Though to be fair, if it had still been up Mega Mew was going to warp inside of it. Damn spherical barriers leaving room for little floating cats to invade.

   "Cheeky little rat-"   

He just creates an immensely powerful energy explosion around himself, aiming to have Mega Mew get sent crashing down into the ground hard enough to knock it out, or worse.

   "RAAAAHHHHH!!!"   

   "This should be enough."   , Teridax then says before suddenly starting to pull Fleetway Super Sonic towards him. Helryx glares, grabs her battle mace and runs towards him, though Teridax's eyes glow and he slows Helryx's movements.

"I should have known your initial interest in this battle was for your own self-interest!"

"Makuta! Did you learn nothing from the consequences of your own failed Plan!?", Axonn yells, getting ready to attack Teridax too, but the Makuta emits some powers that converge in on Axonn, trapping him in a stasis field.

   "I may not be able to take my rightful place as your Great Spirit... but I can still prove my superiority to the Great Spirit residing in this world. Once he has become a part of my power, this should be easy to do."   

   "Wait, that's actually your plan?"   , Fleetway Super Sonic suddenly asks, seemingly calming down and looking at Teridax questioningly. Teridax looks confused as to why Fleetway Super Sonic isn't nervous about the fact that he's about to be assimilated.

   "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. And I've heard a lot of stupid crap in my time!"   , Fleetway Super Sonic then mockingly laughs, angering the Makuta and making it look like Azrael's gambit failed.

   "You shall regret mocking me once your life becomes nothing more than my power..."   

Fleetway Super Sonic just raises an eyebrow in amusement... then breaks free of the Shadow Hand with a single, swift exertion of power.

   "What!?-"   

The maniacal hedgehog then speeds down, bashing his way through Makuta's armor, his Antidermis dropping onto the ground, just like what happened to Mutran a long time ago.

But he wouldn't be as lucky as Mutran was.

   "Sayonara, you fucking idiot!"   , Fleetway Super Sonic laughs before unleashing an explosion of energy once more, sending Helryx and Axonn flying towards Wanda, Hub and Defense while utterly incinerating and annihilating Makuta Teridax in his entirety. The Antidermis can only let out a scream of agony as it gets erased from this world.

   "Finally, I got to kill something."   , Fleetway Super Sonic smirks, crossing his arms, and then turning back to everyone else, his fury returning to him.

   "So, who's next... YOU!"   

His eyes settle on Super Doom, and he rushes towards him, intending on clawing away at his armor. His movements are fast, as well as insanely powerful, so it seems like Azrael's gambit is working out after all. Still, this does mean Super Doom is in genuine danger here.

   "You fool! You could've had me dead to rights when you recovered Sonic's powers, but you stupidly separated that power between multiple people! I only have to kill one of you and I'll have won this entire fight! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"   , he roars, his laughter a mixture between mockery and fury.

Hub swiftly dodges Axonn as he almost lands on him. He then glances at Mara.

   "Mara! You could've intervened just now! Why'd you let that freak kill him?"   

Mara... just casually shrugs before answering.

   "He had it coming."   

   "Plus, that's one future nuisance taken care of prematurely."   , she thinks to herself.

   "... maybe he did, but now we're down a powerful ally!"   

   "Guess so. Oh well."   

Mara leaps after Fleetway Super Sonic now. Hub groans and looks at Wanda and Helryx (once the latter has also landed).

   "Are your allies as frustrating as Mara is?"   , he asks, genuinely wanting to know. He pauses though as he notices that Helryx seems to be in deep thought about something.

Axonn notices it too, and he immediately appears to be worried.

"Helryx. I know that expression. What are you thinking about doing?"

"..."

   "Wait, is... is something bad about to happen?"   , Hub mutters.

"She thought it'd be hilarious.", PC!Areui chuckles as he pockets his diary before Refia can get a good look at it. "And I have to agree. The angel is fine otherwise."

"You see, this is why I didn't try absorbing that power sooner." Doom projects a barrier from his armor. It blocks Super Sonic's first hit before shattering, and he immediately reads the hedgehog's movements and intercepts the second by trying to grab Fleetway's wrists and slam him into the ground judo-style. If the grab misses, he'll still duck low and rise up with a brutal uppercut to try and intercept!

"And your mistaken assumption is that you can kill any of us."

   "That’s mean!"    protests Refia.

   "A fitting punishment,"    Andras speaks.    "Humiliation... upon one who would... offend my kin."   

   "Uh, if you say so."    Refia crosses her hands behind her back, standing on her tiptoes - as if it would bring her any closer to Areui's height.    "Anyway, do you wanna come live with us?"   

Andras makes an audibly relieved shuddering sound.

Heh, trash sorting itself out.

Hm... Corrin is shocked at the Makuta's death, or trying to recover from brain damage after so many headbutts.

Whitebeard glances at Azrael, ponders for a moment, strategizes, and moves with great swiftness over to the man. Delaying his attack so that Azrael can at least be aware of it, the pirate attempts to punch him with a Quake-punch... infused with a Conqueor's might, meaning the punch will strike Azrael before it makes contact (which could throw him off) with all of the actual power of the attack put behind it.

This should hurt like hell if it make contact. At the very least, Azrael is going to have his skull feel like it's the epicenter of a category 7 earthquake! Not at, the.

I get what you're going for, but don't call me a weakling, dog! Newgate glances behind him at Fleet Super Sonic going on the offensive. Gearing up on his Observation Haki, he runs at the bloodthirsty hedgehog while spinning his Bisento, only to instead try and kick him in the face with a Haki-covered boot.

Meanwhile, Corrin keeps going with the aggression, deciding to discard thoughts of defense for now. He attempts to keep attacking Fleetway Super Sonic with a bunch of Yato strikes, before basically stabbing at him with one hand via Yato, having morphed his other hand into a gnarly spike to multiply the stabbing.

Thor shakes his head in disbelief when Whitebeard decides to attack Azrael.

"This is not the time to be turning on one another! You two can pulverize each other to your hearts' content after we've vanquished our mutual foe!"

Returning his attention to the fight, he launches Stormbringer towards Fleetway Sonic with all of his considerable might, calling the axe back to his hand regardless of whether or not his attack is successful.

Hissing in pain, Wanda immediately dispels the absorbed Chaos energy before moving to telekinetically stop Axonn and Helryx from flying into her.

"That depends... on your definition of frustrating," she answers Hub. "Because if you're wondering whether or not they happily throw each other to the wolves like the Assassins frequently do, then no."

She unleashes a massive scarlet beam at Fleetway Sonic.

Azrael is currently going all-out, but that doesn't mean he doesn't feel it. It's enough to make him momentarily stagger, clutching his head and causing a thin line of blood to fall from his nose down to his chin and drip off of his face. All he does about it, though, is laugh.

Azrael: "Hahaha, yes, I was wrong about you! You'd make an excellent meal, but for now..."

He watches Fleetway's attack on Doctor Doom, and his grin widens as he realizes his gambit's success.

Azrael: "I must finish THIS meal!"

He dashes in and leaps at Fleetway, going for an overhead slam that applies a Weakpoint on hit!

Deus rushes in, aiming to grab Fleetway by both shins and fling him around like a ragdoll, slamming him and dragging him across the ground before tossing him to the sky!

Defense catches Helryx with one hand, setting her down gently before cracking his knuckles.

Defense: "With that out of the way..."

Defense: "Enough dicking around."

The purple flame washes away, glittering as Defense's aura flares the sheer white of Final Breaker.

Before the aura bursts with a shining, glittery force; a force belonging to Final Breaker: Stardust!

Defense is suddenly upon Fleetway, aiming to push a ball of explosive Stardust into the hedgehog's abdomen!

Yeah, Mega Mew is down for the count - once the explosion clears, it can be seen careening away, back in base form and KOd. Again. Seriously, I didn't plan to have it last this long.

"...!"

Red is unhappy that someone died today. Maybe that makes his next choice distasteful, actually. Idk.

Gengar was sent out!

The ghostly Pokémon immediately fades into shadows, slipping through the cracks in reality to quickly make its way over towards Super Sonic from Red's position. It slings an Aura Sphere at him along the way, too.

Fleetway gets judo-slammed into the ground, but he bursts back up before a follow-up can potentially be made. He's about to fire eye lasers at Super Doom, but then remembers that Super Doom will just absorb the energy again.

   "Well, two can play that game, asswipe!"   , he says, releasing a strange, green mist that tries to cover Super Doom. This mist's energy cannot be absorbed. In fact, this mist is trying to absorb Super Doom's energy.

He then sees Whitebeard incoming and goes for another flying Spin-dash attack, only to get caught by surprise and kicked instead. He doesn't fall out of his spin, but he does fall back down. Leaving Super Doom does not mean the mist stops trying to sap his energy away though. He'll have to outrun it or try to destroy it somehow to be safe from it.

Anyhow, Mara comes in once Fleetway Super Sonic hits the ground, putting her foot down on him and pummeling him with punches while Corrin also comes in with Yato slashes and stabs. This actually keeps Fleetway Super Sonic grounded for a few seconds before unleashing an explosive wave that sends Mara skidding back again. She then needs a moment to keep her balance, because the attack blew the foot she was pinning him down with off.

   "Son of a-"   

Fleetway Super Sonic then proceeds to kick Mara in the face, sending her falling into the crevice.

   "God damnit!"   , she yells from within, sounding more frustrated than anything, so she'll probably be fine.

Now seeing Stormbringer coming in, he goes back into a spin and deflects the axe, after which he suddenly charges for Thor, intent on using a Sonic-Cyclone to tear him to shreds. Luckily it doesn't come to that, as Wanda's beam hits him and sends him off-course, crashing into the ground once more.

He gets back on his feet, then sees Azreal come in. Unaware of what he's trying to do, he answers Azrael's overhead slam with a punch to block it.

Deus finally catches a break right after and gets to pull off his combo, giving him the Hulk treatment before sending him flying. It's there where he gets struck by Defense's Stardust, forcing him backwards once more.

He stabilizes himself again, breathing a bit heavily. It seems he's finally starting to get a little more tired. Perhaps, if things keep going like this, there may be a shot at victory after all.

Then an Aura Sphere hits him out of seemingly nowhere. He pauses and looks around, growing more frustrated when he can't find the culprit.

   "That's it! I'm wiping you all off of the map! Brutus, let's see if you can handle this!"   

He begins to charge up energy, creating a barrier around himself for safety.

The fact that this devilish monstrosity, someone who has done so much damage with normal attacks, is now charging up for one...

The implications of how powerful that attack will have to be are terrifying.

Helryx nods to Wanda and Defense after they help her, then goes back to looking serious.

"Hub Hikari. Is this being truly invincible outside of having his power sapped?"

   "Huh? Well, yeah."   

"There is nothing else that works? Lava, crushing, drowning?"

   "... well, maybe drowning, I guess? Sonic the Hedgehog can't swim from what I know. But why would that matter? There's no way we're strong enough to knock him into deep enough water to ensure he can't fly back out."   

Beat

"... I am going to use a Nova Blast."

"What? Helryx, within the power limiting of this world and against an enemy of this caliber, a Nova Blast is just a waste of energy."

"My power isn't limited right now. I don't know why it isn't, but I can feel it to be so.", Helryx says as she looks at her hand.

"I can use its full power."

Axonn turns to her.

"Most of us may die if you do that."

"Sacrifices have to be made sometimes.", Helryx says, after which she begins to charge an attack. Axonn sighs.

"So be it."

   "Hey, uh, I'd like to know what the hell you meant by 'some of us may die'."   , Hub says, somewhat worried.

"If she can truly use the full power of her Nova Blast, then Helryx will be able to summon a tsunami of enough size and power to engulf the continent of Skyrim in its entirety."

Beat

   "I'm sorry, WHAT!?"   

He walks up to her, looking somewhat nervous.

   "N-now, are you sure that's necessary? This continent has a lot of towns and such, and he carries our curse. Those people would be gone too, y'know?"   

"I refuse to believe you care for those people in any way.", Helryx shuts him down instantly. "Your nature of a data being also means you'll likely just return even if you drown. I'm guessing you're just worried the tsunami will destroy the Assassin bases."

Beat

   "Well it's still a stupid idea! Your own allies are here!"   , Hub says.

"Only a few. Even if none of us make it out alive, we'll still have enough remaining allies left to help deal with the likes of you and Gravitas."

"Give it up, boy. You're not going to be able to change her mind.", Axonn says to Hub... after which he gives him a threatening look.

"And I advice you to not try doing so by force."

Hub gulps, then looks at Wanda.

   "You, uh... you're not up for something like that, are you?"   

Beat

"... Say what?"

Time-Skip - Supreme Wolf Lodge

PC!Areui, his wings banished and his eyes faded to a slightly more natural-looking red, strides into Oscar's new lodge like he owns the place, dramatically slamming open the push doors while using his powers to give himself an unholy backlight.

"I HAVE GONE WITHOUT THE LUXURY OF A SOFA FOR TOO LONG!", he bellows.

"Let him defend his pride," Doom says to Thor. "This battle is as good as won."

He uses technology, rather than Chaos power, to deal with the mist, specifically creating a bubble around himself through which it cannot pass, but everything else can.

He stops to glance at Helryx. "A tsunami of that scale would be..."

"No trouble at all," says Narktus, warping in. He claws his hands and stardust begins to form into walls in the air around him...

Supreme Wolf Lodge

... Uh, dude, there are other people here besides the ones who know you.

PC!Areui gets some funny looks for his outburst, but business resumes as usual mere moments later. Oscar, who he will recognize, is giving him a disapproving glare from a higher floor.

Refia enters behind Areui, reverting to her glamour form.

"... oops.", PC!Areui mutters, looking sheepish for a moment. He quickly turns to the left and takes on a 'I'm gonna pretend this never happened' pose.

"Well, uh... nice place you got here."

Soon, Areui, Refia, Oscar, Maya, Vera, and PC!Defense (using something to disguise his inhuman traits) gather around a table.

"Way to make a scene," Oscar says condescendingly. "What would I have done if people started asking for you to get kicked out?"

"I'd have thrown them out.", PC!Areui shrugs.

Beat

"... let's just move on from this.", he then says, folding his arms and looking aside in an embarrassed pout.

Charging up attacks is LAME. Why use big attack when many little attack do trick.

Gengar emerges from the shadows in Mara's crevice, zipping out whisping around the battlefield in such a manner that to a normal person it would look like little more than a misty shadow, though the speedsters present are likely still a tier or two above it. From its various vantage points, it raises a pudgy arm and cackles as it launches a barrage of a-lil-weaker-than-normal Shadow Balls.

As you know, Shadow Ball has a chance to lower Special Defense. This chance is not diminished by their lowered battle power.

Vs. Fleetway

Defense lands, staring intently at Helryx.

Defense: "No limits? Then the rat just dug his own grave."

Defense lets himself fall back into Final Breaker.

Defense: "There's no need for waves. Not anymore."

He simply looks up to Fleetway, before walking in his direction.

Defense: "Last time I tried this was the first time it failed. But now, with no limits? Let him try it."

Deus decides to wait this attack out, assuming his armor will eat the attack.

Azrael laughs.

Azrael: "Brutus? You must have gone fully mad!"

Way to catch up with the obvious, big guy.

Azrael: "Come! I'll squash you and your puny attack!"

And like that, Azrael beckons Fleetway, putting up Growler Field.

Supreme Wolf Lodge

PC!Defense stifles back a laugh before returning to a neutral expression, asking what was on everyone's mind.

PC!Defense: "So what's the plan, Scooby Gang?"

Thor does a double take at Helryx's proposal.

"I could easily launch him into the ocean and leave him pinned there, if necessary," he points out, holding up Mjolnir before pointing to Wanda. "As could she. You wouldn't need to flood the Odin-damned realm just to destroy one threat."

Wanda, meanwhile, shifts her attention to the newly-arrived Narktus.

"You certainly took your time showing up. I take it unleashing this monster on the Arena wasn't part of your plan to declare war on the Assassins?"

I've pulled more work in harming the critter than you did even with power given to you, boy, Whitebeard replies to Thor, in distaste. My decisions are mine alone, and I'll be damned if I let anybody disrespect the name of Whitebeard! Now don't speak to me again!

When the topic of the Arena potentially being flooded come up, Whitebeard scoffs and accumulate a conqueror's might on his Bisento, causing red-and-black lightning to emanate out of it. Launch him out? You've only been able to push him back at most and the girl would've picked him up like that if she could do so so easily! How about you all shut your traps and work in stopping that attack?

Right! I don't think we should be flooding the world to succeed! Countless would die and it would be no different than if he'd done it! Whitebeard swings his Bisento, having imbued it with Armament Haki and a quake-bubble to make his strike significantly stronger again, even without the charge up strike. As Oden did before him, Whitebeard attempts to uses his Haki to let the attack go past the barrier and strike Sonic itself, his gambit is that the attack will explode in the barrier, which would save everyone from it technically.

Corrin, daring in the face of danger, swipes madly at the barrier with explosive strikes from Yato.

Shroomish mutters to themselves about something or other and walks away, deciding this conversation not worth their time.

What? It's not like he was contributing much! He's just a mushroom, what do you expect?

`   "That is a fair decision. Leaving, I mean, although I do have reasons to suspect that this entire realm may be a touch more dangerous in the future..."   

Akeirkos glanced into the skies of Reprium, the angelic-themed being appearing to be in thought, before looking down on Peony and Triandra once more, a soft smile on his features.

   "Regardless, having help would be appreciated, if you two are willing to provide that."   

He tapped his chin with a clawed finger, gesturing to the two women.

   "...And, besides that, I may want to know a bit more about you. It is not often that we find kin in these worlds."   

The Dreamweaver turned to face Enzo next, nodding at the man as he approached and smiling.

   "Yes and no, if you are wondering. They are two sides of the same coin. The same yet different, but with the same point of origin."   

His lips twitched a little.

   "I suppose you've dealt with my companion over there, hm?"   

   "Are you really like this?"    Slythos asked Enzo with another sneer and a roll of his eyes, almost laughing at the act the so-called guardian of dreams was putting up. How absolutely childish.

   "For someone who looks like he should be old enough to know better, your much younger friend has managed to act more like an adult than you are doing right now."   

He glanced at their banter with a peculiar gaze, akin to someone who had seen a rather disgusting insect, turning his gaze away and looking at the forest once more, his gaze narrowing at something.

   "So this is merely a small fragment of something much greater... no wonder it seemed surprisingly benign..."   

He made no comment as the Shroomish departed, simply clicking his tongue at the current state of affairs.

Wreck of the Brinehammer

At the edge of the ocean, the tides begin to recede in response to a strange power...

Milo and Duckus◊, who were taking a short stroll there, pause as they look at the water moving back.

"... y'think that means something bad?"

"Awroo?"

Meanwhile, beneath the ocean, the Dragon Whale◊ notices the shifts in currents and seems to become rather worried.

"Considering everything else he's shrugged off so far, as well as his insane speed, I doubt he'd give you the chance to pin him."

Helryx, Axonn and Hub turn to look at Narktus when he shows up.

   "... how convenient."   , Hub grumbles.    "But I guess you owe us as much. After all, it's Gravitas' fault that this is happening in the first place!"   

"Don't incite conflict right now. Let's deal with blame once we've destroyed our main threat."

   "Ugh, fine."   , Hub groans. He then starts looking around.

   "Someone's gonna have to pull Sonic into a safe spot too, just in case we'll still need him after this."   

"I will do so.", Axonn says.

Helryx, meanwhile, looks at Defense.

"I'm not taking risks on a technique that has already failed you once, limits or not. I will not cancel my Nova Blast."

"So, uh, I couldn't help but overhear something about a tsunami!?", Pseudo's voice suddenly says as his monitor descends from the sky near the small group.

"I'm sorry Pseudo, but neither you or anyone else is talking me out of this. It is too late anyhow. It has already begun.", Helryx says, now suddenly glowing brightly.

"But... well... agh!"

The monitor, while it stays afloat, now shuts off its screen. Hub glances around a few times, then slowly starts to reach for the moni-

Axonn's axe only barely misses Hub's arm, landing in-between him and the monitor. He quickly brings his arm back to his side, having received the message loud and clear. Don't try anything funny.

The Shadow Balls just hit the barrier. Hey, if it goes by Pokemon rules, then a Protect is a foolproof defense.

Mara's busy regenerating her foot and looks around. Why is only one person attacking Fleetway Super Sonic?

He then notices that Helryx is charging up and figures her allies have a plan. As such, she doesn't immediately attack either.

Fleetway, still charging up, then proceeds to flip them off as he laughs.

   "What's wrong!? Too scared all of a sudden!? Well, it won't save your pathetic hides!"   

Then Whitebeard's Haki-boosted attack goes through the barrier, exploding within and shattering it. This allows some of Corrin's strikes to hit Fleetway Super Sonic right after.

But despite all that, it isn't enough to interrupt his charge. He laughs madly.

   "Well, I'm about ready, so it's time for you all to go to Hell!"   

He gets ready to charge down at them.

   "You're fini-"   

The earth begins to quake. Enough so that Fleetway Super Sonic, despite him flying, actually notices and pauses.

   "... heh?"   

"It is time.", Helryx says, spreading her arms.

"NOVA BLAST!"

   "... Nova Blast? Nothing's happening. What does that even mean-"   

Hub suddenly transforms into his Double Soul state, jumping out of the safety of Narktus' barriers and grabbing onto Fleetway Super Sonic's leg with one arm, after which he digs his other as deep into the ground as he can.

   "Wanda! And everyone else who can restrain him from a distance! Make sure he can't run away!"   

   "What? Hey! Get off of me!"   , Fleetway Super Sonic says while kicking at Hub, not yet realizing the danger he's truly in.

Destruction Incoming

Back at the beach, a huge wave begins to form in the distance in a matter of seconds, charging right for land and dragging the wrecked ship along.

Milo and Duckus react appropriately.

"ROO!"

"QUACK!"

The two start making a run for it, but they aren't even off of the beach yet when the tsunami catches them.

The waves tear through the trees behind the beach with a ravaging brutality, only taking a moment's notice to flood and destroy the Pale Imperial Camp site that Pseudo and co once used before the final battle against the Cyber Angels. Even stones are completely destroyed in this massive tsunami's wake.

Milo and Duckus slowly open their eyes when they realize they're not dead, and finds themselves clinging onto broken pieces of the Wreck of the Brinehammer... which is also stuck in the fins of the Dragon Whale, which is helplessly being dragged along with the tsunami.

Fittingly, the two continue to scream in fear, as they can only hold onto the wooden, wrecked ship pieces and each other for dear life.
