Hit Fight

"A Specter. I d-don't know, um, what that is... But that sounds t-tough!"

For now, Morph Moth readies her laser rapier and judges the purple trenchcoat-wearing alien. She's clearly afraid of him, her irregular breathing being the most obvious sign. There's another tell if you were to look closely. It's the way she's holding her blade, which is a bit more shaky than usual.

Nicole whips off her jacket and tosses it aside, then cracks her neck before firing an Arcane Blast at Hit.

Ninth set up a barrier for Terlette and get hit by the attack, with everything around her caving in or getting blown off. However, she herself doesn't get sent flying, and she strikes back at Boros, dealing a similar amount of damage to her surroundings! Wow!

Anakin spins his lightsaber and hold his hand forward, as if attempting a force push.

Instead though, he attempts to move the throne behind Hit, and tries to hurl it at his back through the Force!

Hit gets beaned in the back of the head by the throne, allowing Nicole to hit him, but he's still standing.

"I came here to fulfill an assassination contract. And interference in my mission... will not be tolerated."

With Time-Skip, he suddenly places himself right in front of Anakin and attempts to knee him in the gut, then send a punch in Nicole's direction that emits a traveling shockwave at her.

The punch causes more cracks, and Boros' armor proceeds to fall off.

"This set of armor, used to seal in my immeasurable, irresistible power... has been broken."

His muscles bulge, hair spikes up, skin changes color, and he enters his powered-up form!◊

Immediately, he tries to punt Ninth hard enough to destroy their surroundings, launching her up to the Death Star-esque outer surface of the space fortress. If successful, he will fly up after her, making the hole wider.

"Specters are... um... like... evil ghosts.", Bismark says before the target on Hit starts to shimmer as well. If Hit doesn't react, he'll get hit by 3 consecutive blasts. They come so fast after one another that if the first one hits, the other two will as well. However, dodging the first one greatly increases the chance that the other two will miss by default, but it's not guaranteed.

Regardless of the result, after that Bismark leaps towards Hit, attempting to perform a diving slash.

Anakin get kneed in the gut and lean forward in shock, barely able to stay standing. He refrain from showing off what he ate today to everyone, and because of that, he can't act yet.

Ninth is launched kilometers away, bouncing on the surface of the world and blasting through a lot of buildings and skyscrapers. She catch herself on one though, and jump off, with enough power to cause it to be smashed to pieces.

Flying back to Boros, she attempts to punch him downward, with enough power to probably throw him deep into the hidden base, potentially creating a large hole herself !

She then focus, point downward, and attempt to blast him (even if he wasn't struck) with lightning, several times over!

Boros stops Ninth's strike with his arms, pushing against her as she forces him towards the ground.

He flies up through the lightning and attempts to throw her through the wall of a ginormous warehouse full of empty, Gundam-esque giant mecha suits.

She's thrown into the hangar, landing on her two feet as debris and smoke are present everywhere around her. Ninth smiles, slightly, and glance up at the mech.

I got it.

Ninth... run back out of the room with a mech above her head, having lifted it, and she tries to ram Boros into another room with the mech, with enough force to probably break it, causing the whole room to get engulfed in an explosion of spark, debris and regular explosions.

Nicole crosses her arms in front of her in an "x" formation to defend herself from the oncoming shockwave, though the force behind Hit's attack knocks her back quite a bit.

"Who the actual hell hired you to murder Nik, of all people, and why? Cuz whoever they are, they must've forgotten to warn ya that screwing with her... means screwing with me."

She goes to pick up the Force-thrown throne, then chucks it towards the Universe 6 assassin.

Hit Fight

"I see..." replies a still-confused Reploid. While waiting for a pause in fire, Morph Moth fires a few Silk Shots right at the alien contract killer. Despite knowing of the danger, Morph Moth is willing to protect those she doesn't know too well.

"I have no obligation to divulge that information."

Hit punches the throne and shatters it.

"But since you've put up an adequate fight, I may as well warn you."

He takes a new stance, then turns and cancels Bismark's blasts with simple punches, before blocking the slash with the back of his hand.

"I continue to improve by the second. At this rate, you will lose."

The Silk Shots, however, throw him off when he tries to strike them, scraping against his wrists.

Boros is briefly surprised and gets dragged along beneath an observation tower, where various ne'er-do-wells of Gravitas seem to be hanging out doing fuck all.

Until the fight comes near them, at which point they stop to watch the two combatants.

Boros punches the ground, causing sparks and smoke to erupt as the surface of the fortress cracks in a line towards Ninth. Moments later, explosive force erupts from the crack! If Ninth is hit by it, Boros will follow up with a flying kick, carrying her further across the fortress and to an area which suspiciously resembles the Death Star trenches!

Ninth almost let herself get hit and get kicked up until she's in the trench, though she seems to be rather enjoying herself.

She attempts to grab his leg and attempts to pull him closer, before attempting to wrestle with him. Should she succeed, Ninth attempts to slam him on a trench. Because of the momentum, they bounce, leaving a trail of explosions and destruction behind them as Ninth attempts to slam him again, or try not to get slammed again!

Anakin recover, shake his head and prepare to strike, though he's still a bit stunned because of Hit's power. He attempts to go for a force push!

"W-what!? Then... we..."

He shows a determined expression.

"T-then we'll take you out before you get too strong!", he says, after which he unleashes smoke from his mouth. It attempts to swirl around Hit's head.

It won't really do any damage, though, if it's successful, it'll fully block his view and, somehow, hearing for a short amount of time (two turns).

If the smoke cloud is successfully formed and swirls around its target, it cannot be shaken off by teleportation, it'll warp with Hit until it dissipates.

"Why did I think he'd give me a straight answer? C'mon, Nicole, this ain't friggin' amateur hour..."

Nicole lunges towards Hit and attempts to kick him into the nearest pillar.

Hit Fight

"What on Inafune's Earth a-are you, um, talking a-about? We will beat you before that happens!"

Morph Moth poses with her rapier before going for an intricate set of lunges on Hit. Surely, someone who brute forces things with bare-fisted fighting style won't understand the complexity of sword-fighting like Morph Moth does. After all, Sigma taught her personally.

Hit holds out a hand and lets out a surprisingly fierce Kiai, canceling the Force Push and some of Bismark's smoke with a simple shockwave.

"I warned you..."

Morph Moth's rapier fighting style manages to land a few solid hits and allow Nicole's kick to connect, but Hit doesn't go as far as she would've liked - and he will adapt to that, too, given time.

"This is the stance!"

His aura flaring up, Hit lunges to punch Morph Moth. If successful, he will activate a Time-Skip that blankets the entire room and unload a terrifyingly ferocious barrage of punches on her while she is frozen, finishing with a single punch to the chest, then turning his back to her as time resumes and she gets blown back out of the keep.

She has not taken enough damage for this attack to be fatal, but it will deal heavy damage to her if it connects regardless.

Afterwards, the smoke catches up, but is only partially able to blind Hit.

Boros is slammed.

   "Yes... YES! THIS INTENSITY IS WHAT I CRAVE!"   

As Ninth drags him through the trench, he begins building up power in his chest.

   "You, my new rival, shall take this attack which melts the very bones of any lesser lifeform head-on!"   

With that, he breaks away from the explosive slamming and fires the Wave-Motion Gun in question at her.

Back at Clearspring Tarn, Raijin sighs, being able to perceive that Ninth has chosen to fight the strong guy instead of saving Terlette and running.

With a snap of his fingers, he calls down a bolt of blue lightning in front of himself.

Unaware of the Time-Skip that just happened, Bismark's eyes suddenly become more distant, and he hisses in a low tone.

   "Hhhhhh..."   

He shakes his head once, his eyes returning to normal. Still, the leaping multi-slash-and-kicks attack he attempts to hit Hit with next is more brutal than usual.

She's hit by the attack and is sent reeling far away, laughing as the energy wash over her and turn everything around her into lava.

Haha, definitely not bad! Here's mine! It'll blow you straight off the surface of this planet! Retorts Ninth, with a fierce plasma blast, roughly as big as Boros's!

Anakin is stunned by Hit's attack and blink, though he soon recompose himself and goes for a series of attack with his saber after attempting to catch Moth (if she's hit) with the Force.

Nicole's eyes turn a certain reptilian green, as she transforms into her Draconic Form. She then attempts to grab Hit by the leg and smash him into the ground several times, Hulk style.

   "And that was for Nik!"

Morph Moth is caught by Anakin. Her metallic armor has been severely dented as Hit's Time-Skip Assault has caught her off-guard. In agony, she coughs up red oil. Out of spite, she wipes it off, clearly upset by Hit's cheatsy moves.

"T-thank you..."

Morph Moth slowly gets up and leans on her Rapier for now. For the time being, she raises a bunch of scrap and attempts to defend herself. This guy is tough.

"Too predictable." Hit breaks free of Nicole's grab on the first swing. He doesn't even get hit by Anakin or Bismark's slashes - it's as if he's using Time-Skip to phase through them.

That is, until Nik enters the keep with a supersonic flying punch, causing a huge shockwave.

When the dust settles, Hit is clutching her fist. It's as if she's suspended in midair. "So now you're willing to fight... I see."

He uses Time-Skip again, pseudo-teleporting in front of the door as Nik lands on her feet. His hands are back in his pockets.

And he's smirking.

Boros laughs as the energy wave engulfs him.

He emerges from the plasma with a missing arm, but attempts to sock Ninth in the face with the other one.

Raijin gestures to the fight.

"The Keeper of the Gold Storm was imprisoned by an antagonistic faction. I sent the Black Keeper to rescue her, but she's chosen to fight the warden instead."

"Would you be a dear and sneak through the chaos to get the Gold Keeper out of there? I can provide transportation."

I'm getting tired of you!

Anakin begin to spin his lightsaber as he start to run towards Hit, and tries to perform a powerful horizontal slice in him. Then, he spin and toss his lightsaber handle up in the air a little, before grabbing it to perform a sweeping diagonal strike, followed by multiple other slashes! Whoah!

She get socked in the face hard and is sent reeling, leaving two trails on the ground as her feet crash against the metal. However, she immediately return to deal her own strike, attempting to headbutt him in the chest to send him flying!

Smoke starts covering Bismark's head as he starts to whisper something soft and eerie. Small black embers form around him, which are then launched at Hit. They do very little damage, but if one of them hits, Hit'll be infected with poison.

Morph Moth tosses a bunch of scrap at Hit as a diversion. If Hit gets distracted, Morph goes for a backstab at Hit's center of mass. A sneak attack deserves another sneak attack in return, am I right?
