Eyeing Legiana, he decides Stadrick is handling it well enough.

Taking Stark's advice, Thor and Loki continue to keep an eye out for Vision as the trio continue their walk through the city.

"You would think that someone with as distinct of an appearance as Vision would be easier to find..."

"Yeah, yeah, I think I get where you're coming from," Nicole replies, putting an arm around Lucina. "Trust me, we'll have plenty of time to become closer friends, Lucy."

She smiles and nod.

I apologize for repeating myself, but understand that I do not desire to dismiss my relations. I hold utter respect and love for everyone within the group. However, I wish to know them without the previous burden of fighting.

Lucina fixes her collar.

I truly should get better with social interactions.

"Ah, that reminds me: the Maximoff girl that Thor and I know is... already in a relationship with a different man. It's a very complicated story that's best saved for another time," Loki explains.

"Do you not possess a means of of contacting Vision, Stark?" Thor inquires.

"I'm pretty sure Sam could help you there. She seems like a pretty social gal, if a little odd sometimes," Nicole says. "And don't sweat it, Lucy, I completely get what you're saying here."

True... I should perhaps "hang out" with her as one would say. Thank you for your suggestion.

Weird but... wellllllll, comprehensive. And not really, things have been vey hectic since Ultron after all. Vision vanished without the usual contact devices so I have to try and find him in time. And I thought that this place could hold him.

Nicole flashes a grin at Lucina.

"Ah, no problem, Lucy! Whenever you decide to talk to Sam about that, tell her I said hi."

"Evidently, that doesn't appear to be the case," Loki quips, earning him an elbow nudge from Thor.

"So... do you have an actual plan to locate him, Stark? Could he be somewhere outside of the city?"

VERY STRA— ECH!

(Stadrick is stunned, but manages to trip sideways and flop to the ground just before Legiana shoops in and claws him.)

(Gonna take him a few seconds to shake it off, tho...)

Vibranium-seeking drone. Bam. he says, making a finger bang. It'll cut the chase but I need a good spot to build it. It's not easy to build robots when someone's trying to carve your back open with a knife.

He raises his eyes and encounter a building full of tech.

I shall tell her immediately ! she says. Farewell, Nicole !

Lucina grabs her book and sword and proceed to depart with a quick dash, swiftly departing.

"See ya, Lucy!"

With that, Nicole spreads her dragon wings before flying off.

The Sons of Odin bid farewell to Stark as he departs to work on the drone, then proceed to take their leave.

Ralsei turns his attention to Diablos - or, at least, where Diablos was before burrowing - as it seems to be the next most injured.

Awkeff smirks.    "Haven't you noticed how much of my power comes from shouting? I've got this."    She takes a deep breath, then shouts    "Zun... HAAL VIIK!"    at the ground, sending forth a wave of disarming force from within her throat.

Diablos abruptly emerges out of the ground halfway to Faery-Killer and immediately gets stuck halfway buried, making half-hearted moaning noises as it flails its wings to try and fully surface.

Legiana swirls around in midair and flaps its wings at Stadrick, blasting Iceblight-inducing particles in his direction.

Faery-Killer turns his attention to Legiana, before yeeting a rock at it.

NLA: Differing Outlooks

"Hey, take that up with him."

"I haven't seen anything like this one, or like that massive... worm. So I have some right to believe they're unnatural! Right?"

He motions to Susie, but Susie just shakes her head.

ECH! AGH, BRRR...

(Stadrick shivers, chilled thoroughly despite his armor. Metal, as it seems, isn't so great at insulating a bloke.)

(Though sluggish from the Iceblight, he winds up another thrash of his flail, trying to peg the Legiana in its right wing with those ouchie stars.)

"What's unnatural to you is natural to someone else. You're forcing your own perspective on all of reality."

Awkeff swings her sword at Diablos a lot, right before Dragon Aspect wears off. Battle Fury, the Shout that enchanted Faery-Killer and Ralsei's weapons, also wears off.

Ralsei wraps his scarf around himself to raise his TP.

Diablos gets itself out of the ground and roars in Awkeff's face.

Legiana almost loses control, but it manages to remain airborne. It swoops down to try and ram into Faery-Killer.

OH NO YOU DON'TN'T, BASTARD!

(Despite his sluggishness, Stadrick rouses himself and tries for a clumsy, slow charge to swing at Legiarna's head, trying to bop it before it can hit Faery-Killer.)

Doppio is at NLA, nervously holding a toy frog in the palm of his hands.

Stark is nearly done on the drone and is working on testing weapons within the fragment of purple worm skin. He's determined to get everything done quickly but efficiently.

Emmeryn and Miriel are at a hill near NLA, with Miriel drawing the town within her diary.

A man dressed in a nice white suit is sitting by a small table outside of a cafe, calmly drinking a cup of coffee.

Doppio notices him and blinks a few times.

B-boss ! There's someone nearby !

The man, while drinking, suddenly glances right at Doppio. Once he stops drinking, he shows him a surprisingly friendly smile as he puts down his cup.

For some reason, he treats the frog as a phone, seemingly listening to his inaudible interlocutor.

Right, he looks friendly. I'm going to approach, Boss ! I won't fail you !

He swiftly get to his feet and approach the man, somehow looking utterly confident yet nervous at the same time.

The man either seems to notice Doppio's nervousness, or he's just in a good mood, because his smile turns a little amused.

"Good day.", he greets him.

Yes ! Good day ! he says, saluting. Who are you ? It's been a while since I've seen... people and not giant worms or falling islands.

"Solf J. Kimblee is my name.", he says before taking another sip from his coffee, then turns back to Doppio.

"Who are you?"

You're not Itali-but of course, we're not in Italy anymore ! he says, tapping his own head repeatedly. My name's Doppio. I woke up here and I hate it ! I keep running into dangerous situations and everybody's gone !

"Dangerous? Sounds like my kind of place."

Kimblee chuckles.

"My advice is you find someone trustworthy and stick with them. It'll reduce the risk of dying. I doubt everybody's gone, I came here to meet with an old friend after all."
