He works for irate Chicago newspaper mogul J. Jonah Bittenbinder.

All of the designs here deviate from their comic/series counterparts to varying degrees, since they're clearly trying to start a new angle on the whole thing. Noir I think wears his hat and cloak everywhere because you automatically know he's Noir that way, but it's still perplexing. Wouldn't his black and white color scheme automatically make it clear anyway?
He probably has a monologue ready to go.
Wake me up at your own risk.So like is Gwen known for drums? She drums in the new Marvel Disney cartoon as well.
Yes. She's the drummer in a garage band with several of her friends.
It looks like Scorpion will have a Scorpion People design in this movie, as his lower body is made up of robotic scorpion legs. I know they're Funko toys, but I still thought it was worth mentioning.
Personally, I'd prefer if the 'net was a little friendlier, but you know the GIFT...@kyun: He's also apparently played by Nicholas Cage, so I get the feeling they're going to be hamming up the noir aspect of his character. I doubt he gets a huge amount of screen time so they have to exaggerate a little to get the point across.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectHuh, Noir!Spidey actually has worn a hat and trench coat before◊.
I think it helps differentiate him from Spider-Man wearing the symbiote costume, especially from a first glance. And lord knows Sony might want to step away from symbiotes for the next little while...
Yup! It's supposed to be Carnage as Jack the Ripper, specifically.

Huh I just now noticed your profile pick.
Is that Carnage in a top hat?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."man inflation in miles world is crazy, the bill at that greek place he and peter eat at is 30,000 dollars.
Is Spider-Gwen/Gwen Stacy... the same Gwen Stacy from Spider-Man the OG universe?
As in 616 or the movie, either case I'm going with no.
‘My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’No, she’s from a reality where her and Peter essentially switched places getting bit by the spider, with him turning into a version of the Lizard that died.
Its not an exact copy of the 616 world either.
For a couple facts, Matt Murdock is an evil lawyer who works for Fisk, Captain America is a black woman, and Falcon is Cap's young male clone.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Cage said he modeled his performance off Humphrey Bogart, so I expect glorious Ham and Cheese from him.
Could it be that the reason they haven't come out with the rating yet is because they're stuck trying to decide whether it should be PG or PG-13?
The film's still in post production, and composer Daniel Pemberton already began scoring sessions a day before the second trailer was released.
It's animated which means PG-13 is box office poison, but it's also an edgy superhero movie which means PG makes it look lame.
How many PG-13 animated films have there been? The only one I can recall off the top of my head is The Simpsons' Movie and that was a big hit.
I know that a bunch, if not the majority, of the direct-to-video DC films are.
This song needs more love.Dude, nothing about Spider-Verse screams "edgy" to me
Except Spider-Man Noir. Really digging his new hat.
Off the top of my head, I can think of:
- Beavis and Butt-Head Do America
- Eight Crazy Nights (not particularly worth anyone's time)
- The Triplets of Belleville
- The Simpsons Movie
- Persepolis
- 9
- The Breadwinner
- Loving Vincent
- Isle of Dogs
Googling "animated pg-13 movies" shows me:
- Princess Mononoke
- Beowulf
- The Wind Rises
- My Life As A Zucchini
There's a lot more, but it should probably be noted that a big chunk of those movies are from non-American countries. (P.S. I'm not counting animated superhero movies that are direct-to-video.)

AHA, that trailer got a few chuckles out of me. Looking forward to it.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.
I'm just imagining Spider-Ham doing the Salt and Pepper Diner bit now, what with the voice.
