Already got a thread here. It was decided to clean the trope up.

I might be wrong here, but I think the article might be missing the "subtle" thing or the requirement of censors. Hell, the header of Radar.Star Vs The Forces Of Evil (If Gravity Falls was proof that Disney's censors were adopting a laissez-faire approach to what content their cartoons could show, this show proves that Disney doesn't even HAVE censors anymore!) assumes that censors just up and quit which would make the trope implode because all the crap gets by by default. Then there are the examples that claim that a character is made of this trope (Risky Boots for example) that give off the implications that the censors should had been fired years ago, Radar.Futurama (isn't that an adultish cartoon?) and Radar.Pinball (I'm not sure that everything popular in the 8s had a Censorship Bureau on each)
Risky Boots example FYI, the 2nd bullet is the relevant one:
Also an example from the Star page (this time both bullets apply), assume that Getting Crap Past the Radar need subtly:
I want your thoughts on this trope? Do you think that it need a fix (however lengthy it may be)?
