Clock is set. The related TRS thread has bogged down while waiting for a YKTTW fix, so my vote is to remove the pic from How Do You Like Them Apples, and maybe find a brighter version of the pic for Tempting Apple.

How Do You Like Them Apples use the same image from Death Note as Tempting Apple.
Note that How Do You Like Them Apples is under a trope repair shop discussion, and might be removed or reduced to a supertrope, so I advocate just taking off the picture from this one. A new picture can be looked for once the discussion is resolved and the exact scope of the trope is settled.
Addendum: after checking more thoroughly the history, it seems this trope had another picture earlier, which was apparently changed (not sure if it was without discussion or not). Doesn't change my suggestion above.
