Ghostlight Games is porting Japanese games to the Switch with their next game being a JRPG.
The cliche "There's a first time for everything" comes to mind. Yeah, they haven't made a mainline Pokemon game for a console yet, but that doesn't mean that they won't. Especially because the reason they haven't done so is because of portability issues, which the Switch is specifically made to address.
