That spread wasn't from the time-skip actually. It was in the middle of the Endeavor Agency arc.
Anyways I watched the last episode and they're NOT changing the actual timeline, just the order in which the audience sees the events, with what actually happened in Deika city being a mystery for now.
Also they kinda spoiled the ending of MVA.
Btw, I can tell already that new opening is gonna be an Ear Worm.

Ending's character was weirder than his Quirk.
It also wasn't really fully explained I think?
That whole Endeavor arresting Takami incident feels like something that we should see in full since it keeps being brought up.
Phew.
Enjoy that Christmas while you can kids.
It may actually be your last happy one.
One Strip! One Strip! The ride is starting.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Damn already nearing 500K views, impressive.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Chapter 317:
OMG DEKU, PLEASE, YOU NEED REST. Also, Stain... What in the actual hay are you doing here??
And here we go. Poor kid.
Stain finally appears as well. We'll have to see if he makes things worse, makes things better, makes things worse on purpose, or makes things better by accident.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm curious what will Jiro think about Death Arms' retirement, considering she interned with him at least once.
Also, Mt. Lady must be hit quite hard with the news, since we've seen a couple times that she's good friends with him.

I loved this chapter, in a way that makes me retroactively appreciate more this whole short arc. What I hoped the point was all along, was actually the point all along.
I also love that video and what it implies for the anime. Good news all around.
Well, not in-universe good news but yeah.
Stain's look is interesting, he seems sad to me. I wonder if he finally realized what his idealization of All Might actually looks like and that the hero he worshipped was just an image Toshinori projected.
Good lord, Deku
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI also noticed the pensive look on Stain but that tongue just makes it narmy for me
Just realized Deku walked out on All Might on Father's day. Jesus Christ, Horikoshi.

Speaking of rest, is Horikoshi okay? This chapter was shorter than usual.
15 pages chapter aren't too rare. There was a couple last month, the beginning of the Nagant fight. It's when it gets to 13 that you have to start worrying.

Personally I want to see more he'd react to All Might telling Deku that kind of path is wrong.
Good lord Deku... He doesn't even look like a hero is right, he looks more like a damn demon. There's no way he's just ignorant anymore, he is willingly blinding himself to the fact he's doing the same thing Toshinori once did, thinking he's protecting everyone by keeping himself away from them... except not only is he just doing exactly as AFO wants him to, he's destroying himself in the process. Not sleeping, not eating, all alone. He's gonna be found passed out in an alleyway soon. At this point, he doesn't just need someone to tell him he matters, he needs to be knocked the hell out so he can be saved from himself.
So, back on the spoiler page, it was mentioned that Death Arms had a sidekick that apparently got killed during the War? Unless that's just speculation, looks like it was actually a mistranslation. As for him quitting... I can't fault him honestly. Unlike with Yoroi Musha, who revealed when he "Fell on his sword" that he was basically in it for the adulation, Desutogoro is being forced to acknowledge his own mortality, his own weakness, and how for all the good he and other heroes have done, the stress just builds up and the public turning on them... it's enough to make him just be unable to do it anymore. I don't think this will be the last we see of Desutogoro, certainly not. If anything, I think there will be a moment where he has his heroic spirit reignited, and then is one of the first to rejoin the fight.
Looks like of the lurkers, Takeyama is the only one dealing with injuries. Leaving aside the scar on her left eye, that neck brace she's wearing suggests she did indeed hurt her neck fighting Gigantomachia. Contrast that with Kamui Woods, who seems to have healed from being torched, and Edgeshot, whose arm looks better, and Mt. Lady is the one still hindered. Wonder how that brace works with her Quirk. Does it size shift too like her costume? Or does she have to remove it every time she wants to go giant?
- She also has a point in needing to tell others about OFA. The Big 3 and the Lurkers aren't enough to keep an eye on Deku, especially now that he's run off. Nor are they enough to take on AFO. Telling all the remaining heroes is a bit much, especially since there's no idea how many are plants for AFO or are considering quiting, but bringing more trusted individuals, namely people close to them and Deku, is probably a better move. The Pussycats, the staff and Hero Course students of UA, the Big 3 of UA who have likely graduated at this point, Ryukyu, Fatgum, Centipeder and Bubble Girl, Rock Lock, Manual, Gang Orca, Selkie and Sirius, and Mirko.
That message from Shoto is gonna be important. Either he's got a lead on Toya, and by proxy the PLF, or he's heard the rumors about Deku and wants to know if Enji knows about this.
And of course we have the zealot Chizome Akaguro. I honestly have no idea what this nutcase is gonna do, but considering his past as Stendhal and his actions as Stain, it wouldn't surprise me if he either wants to:
- A. Purge Deku for "falling" from the hero he once was and approved of.
- B. Join him and reinforce his delusions under the idea they can cleanse Japan of "sin".

Vegeta: I'm back bitches!I think a direct conversation between Stain and All Might is more likely. They were supposed to talk while Stain was imprisoned anyway, it just got pushed back and then everything went to shit.
There's also an incredibly obvious parallel between Death Arms saying he's only human, and Izuku being depicted as a monster and compared to a Nomu.
Speaking of obvious things, Endeavor complaining they don't have enough heroes immediately followed by getting a call from Shoto with flashback to him saying to stop Toya together included. Horikoshi laying the theme real thick this week.
Okay, I know saying this sounds hokey, but I really do relate to this chapter.
To give as much detail without too much personal stuff as possible, I have an anxiety disorder in real life, and a couple years it flared up really badly due to a "perfect storm" of circumstances - the breaking Hollywood sex abuse scandals, resurgent police brutality scandals, and the alt-right at the height of its power made me feel like nobody could be trusted, and this was on top of extreme difficulty in finding a job and a trust-shattering incident in my family in my own personal life. I felt powerless in the face of all the ills of the world, and also somehow got it into my head that everyone else was apathetic and I had to do something about ALL these problems myself. Since, of course, no one person can do that, this just made me feel even more helpless and miserable than I already was. In short, I was where Deku is in this chapter, except minus the awesome superpowers.
What helped? Getting into grad school and finding an amazing therapist. Here's hoping Deku gets something or someone like that in his life too.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."I wonder if some footage of "the mysterious Nomu Deku" in the field is going to be broadcast in order to allow the folks back at UA to get a glimpse of what he has been reduced to.
Can y'all just imagine how the students and teachers will react to the cheerful, all-loving Deku having turned into a feral vagabond? Or how Inko will react to seeing her precious son now dead-eyed, covered in wounds, and being treated like a monster?
Huh wonder if they are ever gonna get those foreign heroes to bulk up their forces.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Ending had a really weird Quirk even by the series standards.
