So, someone explain to me why we want this and how it's relevant to anything. The issue isn't notability, however tongue-in-cheek the index titles may be. The issue is whether having those articles contributes anything useful.

In my opinion, creator pages can be valuable assets to describe the context of a work, its creation and its trope usage, as well as a reference to which works are made by which creator.
"Noteworthy staff" in my mind either needs a page per staffer or no mention at all. These "noteworthy..." pages are not a good compromise there.

We could maybe make a Main.Staff trivia page and then have these pages as subpages of that?
Main.Noteworthy Looney Tunes Staff -> Staff.Looney Tunes
Main.Noteworthy Disney Staff -> Staff.Disney and so on...
Well, if we go by the "discrete unit of X" model:
- Storytelling —-> Tropes.
- Audience Reaction —-> YMMV tropoids.
- Work production —-> Trivia.
One could fit a Trivia Staff page. I would put it through YKTTW however.

To make sure we're talking about the same thing, people are not tropes and don't get added as examples, regardless of how they are classified. The thing is that, if you want to look up the staff of a production, you should be using IMDB, not TV Tropes. It doesn't fit our goals.

Yes really close... But the question is if these belong as creator pages or as trivia about creators. If they should be limited to studios or other type of creators, or maybe franchises or works? Could one create a page for the staff that have worked on The Simpsons or does that belong in separate pages for each studio? (Gracie Films, 20th Century Fox Television, Klasky Csupo and Film Roman.)
There's also a question of functionality. If one is on the Creator.Disney page, one would find the Staff.Disney page in the Drop-down list but not a Creator.Disney Staff page.

Noteworthy MGM Cartoon Staff came up in the YKTTW Crash Rescue thread. I pointed out that it isn't even the only one of its type. The pages list creators and give a short description of each, wicking the Creator/ page if there is one. Many studio pages already do the same on their own pages. To prevent derailing of the Crash Rescue thread, we're starting a fresh discussion on what to do with the following (and similar) pages:
My proposal is that they all belong in the Creator/ namespace, getting indexed on the studio page, with Studio Name Staff custom-titled to "Studio Name (Staff)". These are not Useful Notes, they're stub creator pages that can be used to index large studios.
