@Canada beating up Russia: ... Someone explain to me why Polandball comic artists are so fond with making Canadaball have a murderously psychopathic side that allows it to kill any other countryball, and which Americaball loves to abuse.

It's probably to counter the usual Nice Guy stereotype that Canada (and Canadians) tend to have.

Canada isn't exactly weak either. For a military made up almost entirely of retrofitted leftovers that NATO doesn't want they punch waaaaaay above their weight.

Aren't they also leasing Leo II's from Germany?

I'm fairly sure they are. Leo tanks are good stuff, can give our Abrams a real run for it's money.

I just remember a story where Canadians in a Leo II send a "Thank You" note because the Leo basically pointed and laughed at a mine they drove over (ok, maybe not quite that easy)
