Just watched this yesterday. Overall, I thought it was decent, and I want Disney Afternoon Fight Fest to be an actual thing SO BADLY!

Disney does definitely need their own Nick All-Stars/MultiVersus-type game.

I think the only award it deserved was a Razzie for the insult to Bobby Driscoll alone (even if that wasn't the only problem with the film), but the awards don't mean anything anymore anyways.

I'm honestly a little surprised, and I'm saying this as someone who (despite having some issues with it, including also thinking they should have had a different Big Bad) otherwise liked the movie.

I honestly thought it was shown in theatres??

Well, anyway, congratulations. Twas a nice and fun movie anyway. And certainly got a big audience, heh.

It’s a perfectly solid movie, I’m more surprised by how everyone was acting like it pissed on their dead dog’s ashes a while back.

[up] Probably because this film is basically Roger Rabbit with none of the talent or passion put into it.

Make no mistake, it's impossible to NOT compare this film to WFRR. The filmmakers outright said they looked to that film for influence, and so many audiences praised it as the Roger Rabbit of their generation. Also, there's hints it's set in the same universe as Roger Rabbit, what with Roger's cameo and Sweet Pete having a bottle of dip in his weapons.

I still don't know why the filmmakers would make a joke about Dale getting a CGI upgrade if they're gonna try to pass Chip's blatant cel-shading off as 2D when it's obvious to any adult with a working brain it's CGI.

~Mr Media Guy 2 if you're only here to complain about how much you think the film is a pile of poopoo, best not to.
