Q grabs Joshua's leg, being pulled down. However, a rather large amount of black flames are waiting for him.

(well, it's still a success)

(once on the ground attempts to make use of that grip to slam Joshua into these flames)

Psychomancy doesn't hurt the user. There's still the ground, though.

The flames not hurting him, Joshua is slammed into the ground, instead.

(seeing as flames don't do anything to him, proceeds to lift him by said leg and slam him again)

Expecting it this time, Joshua quickly reappears behind Q, in an attempt to grab him.

(is grabbed... somewhere)

(responds by trying to smack Joshua's face with an offhand elbow to make him let go)

Transportation technique! Suddenly, they are transported a good 35 feet above the ground.

Joshua lets go from the elbow, letting Q fall.

(with a loud thud leaves a Q-shaped hole in the pavement)

(doesn't appear to be walking out of this one, at least for now)

Crap. I meant that the ELBOW made him let go. I edited that in.

...sigh. Sure thing.

-Still in the air, Joshua lets loose a barrage of black lightning and fire at the Q shaped hole.

(yeah, nobody's walking out of this hole)

-Joshua uses telekinesis to bury Q in rubble.

That's enough of that.

In the skies above Hammond Robotics, a jet fighter◊ suddenly enters the facility's general airspace; flying around in a lazy circle above the main building.

Oh great, here comes another Metatron robot...

It's not crazy though. At least the AI is close to that of a human's unlike Idolo.

(there's this peculiar dragon thing perched on the highest roof available, watching the jet fighter)

(most important point: it's bones only)

The Fighter flies a bit closer to the dragon, investigating whether or not it is hostile and if it can really fly.

(it keeps watch of The Fighter)

(notice small red points lighted up somewhere in its eye sockets)

(it lets out a powerful, soul-chilling roar, its "nostrils" producing a trail of fog, likely to discourage the potential enemy)

High in the sky above Hammond, there is a gleam which grows to a blaze. A raging fireball is falling towards Hammond.

Talk about being outmatched... ^_^;

(glances up, spotting a new threat)

...(lets out a low growl, acknowledging its presence as it gives it a glance now and then)

As the meteoric arrival approaches, it slows down, retro-rockets kicking in... revealing it to be another Humongous Mecha. With a blasé red paintjob, and a chunky, armoured design with plenty of oversized weapons, it clearly intends business sans subtlety.
