The Device would detect Mid-Childan magics and technologies, but also... something else. It seems the girl isn't entirely human, and her systems have been enhanced with... something she may or may not be familiar with.

Despite being found out, the knightess shows absolutely no surprise in her body language before speaking in a low, dignified but faintly empty-sounding voice that's slightly garbled and digitized by her helmet's mic.
Knowing what usually happens here, I find it much wiser to do things without drawing much attention.
Mistress, subject is a Mid-Childan Magic user and has a 68.39% probability that she is related to The Numbers Cyborgs due to her design and the presence of cybernetics.
But the problem is, I've never met this one before.
I'm familiar with that ava of yours Micool. She's an urobutcher creation, but you've gone and turned her into a Number.

Now that spike in power gets a rise out of the Knightess and her device's AI, taking on a more alert stance after making a very slight movement of her head and upper body that makes it clear that she cocked an eyebrow from behind that helmet of her's.
Warning. Unknown is projecting an unidentified energy signature, energy readings are distinct but is as infectious and corrupting as Chaos Energies.
Where did you get that power?
The knightess' initially emotionless voice was has taken a far more dangerous tone, the very presence of such power monumentally infuriates her and almost as if it was something she encountered before and has no pleasant memories of which.

The Knightess grumbles in irritation and anxiety to the corrupting energy's lies seeping into her head despite the numerous wards of protection and purification on her armor along with her own attempts at resistance.

In a flash, the Knightess points her partisan at the hostile Cyborg and the magical device proceeded to fire a quick, powerful bolt of lightning magic.

The girl disappears in a blur of motion, "reappearing" half a meter to the side of where she was standing.
The field of tainted energies expands, enveloping both of them, and the points of light start circling them, slowly at first, but then faster and faster. The effect will be to make things look to the knight like the whole world is streaks of light... except the space around her. She'll realize that everything is bright, everything is shining... except her. At the same time, she'll feel the energies all around her...but not within her. It'll feel like she's being left out, like she's alone.
Now do you see? What the world can be? This is just the slightest taste. Open your eyes to the Light. See the truth. Join us.

Obviously you don't want your character screwed up. I'm pretty sure she's got every ability to shrug this off. It's just for fun and flavour.

Slightly regretting in having Jackson suspended right now...
And then she gets caught up in the Magical Metatron LSD trip. At first she was a bit overwhelmed, looking at the starfield with wonder, but after a moment to collect her thoughts; she proceeded to shout out her defiance to the odd Number.
Don't think that this is enough to fool me! I know and I've seen what happens to those who take in this kind of power! They become nothing more than mad beasts! Slaves to the whims of corruption!

She bends her knees and disappears into another blur of motion, reappearing in the air above where she was standing, and throws a cluster of crystals at the knightess like shuriken. If they hit, they'll stick like magnets and start slowly growing while disrupting the systems beneath them.

She's probably slower than you give her credit for, I'm mostly wording it as flash steps for effect.

A spark of blue energy then passes between the two occupants of the arena. Followed by it are several more small bolts, their source being a Knight-like figure. The slits in his helmets visor glow a fierce, intimidating shade of red, as if meant to scare off those who are too cowardly to fight. Blue sparks of energy dance across his form, shooting off in random directions as he steadily approaches the two. His red gaze falls on the other two occupants of the arena, his advanced visor scanning the technological and biological capabilities of both.
As soon as the two others seem to begin their fight, the Knight speaks up. "Care if I join this battle?" His voice is mechanical in nature, but clear signs of excitement can be made from its tone. Kain, was here to fight.

The wings on the Knightess' back were not just for show and she demonstrates by rocketing several feet backwards to dodge the crystal swarm, not because she knew that they were parasitic but rather; she feared that they were armor-piercing like that of her lieutenant's.

A volley of fairly thick golden bolts of homing magical energy then streak out of her wings and scream towards the Number, going in a wide-spread pattern before closing in like the jaws of a bear trap to ensure that they're harder to dodge.

The girl is human on the surface, but the scan would reveal that her skeleton - among other things - has been replaced with cybernetic augmentation. Her artificial circulatory system flows with a strange substance, and mana mingled with this substance flows through her and in the aura around her.
