Pairing up and hanging out are not quite the same thing. You also didn't mention any examples of Pinkie/Fluttershy.

That's because there aren't any episodes focused on Fluttershy and Pinkie pairing up to do something. Even the Buckball one also focuses on Applejack and Rainbow Dash training them. I had thought that would be an interesting pairing because of how different their personalities are in many ways, yet they have one notable similarity in that both put a lot of their personal identities on being liked and making friends (Fluttershy with animals and Pinkie with other ponies). Also, Pinkie's sister Marble Pie is very similar to Fluttershy, or at least how Fluttershy was when she first appeared on the show, yet they never really made that connection within the show. However, the show never went with that. I had read somewhere that part of the reason could be due to them having the same voice actress and something about it being harder to do a lot of both voices in the same episode, but I would need to look that up to be sure.

The bit with Marble screams Fanfic Fuel to me, while last bit becomes unnecessary when characters that share a voice actor in English dub have different voice actors in foreign dubs (like my Polish one for example. I like Polish voices for Fluttershy and Pinkie better than their English ones, he he.).

The same voice actor excuse for why Fluttershy and Pinkie don't have episodes on their dynamic doesn't work since we get plenty of Rainbow Dash and Applejack team ups on the show with Ashleigh Ball pulling double duty as both of them, so the fact Andrea Libman voices both Fluttershy and Pinkie is why they don't share episodes together excuse falls flat.

I did think that was odd to claim as a reason because Applejack and Rainbow Dash also share a voice actress, but I mentioned it as something I thought I had read somewhere. I tried looking it up but couldn't find it anywhere, so maybe it was just fan speculation at some point. Maybe the reason is just that the writers preferred pairing up other characters outside of the Buckball Season story. Pinkie and Fluttershy also had notable interactions in "Putting Your Hoof Down" and "Filli Vanilli", but both of those focused more on Fluttershy with Rarity and Pinkie as co-stars, not just Fluttershy and Pinkie.

Fluttershy and Pinkie do get one short focused on their dynamic with the Steps of Pep short from Equestria Girls Summertime Shorts. Granted it's their human counterparts and not the pony ones, but it is something.

What do Equestria's calendars look like?

Then again, The Witcher takes place in a fantasy world and they also use the Gregorian calendar.

The only problem I have with this (namely giving Mane Six those birthday dates), is that I don't know if they're their official canon birthday dates or they were created by fans. I personally think that Twilight was born on August 7 after reading her WMG page, and I don't want any birthday date like that contradicting with my headcanon.

Gets weirder when wondering if the human counterparts on Equestria Girls have the same birthdays as their pony counterparts. Obviously the ages are different, but are their actual birthdays the same (albeit just in different years than the ponies)?

Then may I ask how you distinguish between an episode where characters hang out vs pair up?

I actually headcanon them to be around the same age as their human counterparts. And before you will bring any contra-arguments, there was already the discussion about age system in Equestria when I first discovered this thread (someone pointed out that CMC started a summer camp without being supervised by adults).

They're probably from some tie-in material. I don't think Equestria has human dates at all. Hell, they count moons instead of years, whatever that means.

In the English dub at least. As far I remember, in the Polish dub they were saying "years" instead of "moons".

Also, I headcanon Equestria using Gregorian calendar despite it being a fantasy world.

It's never been consistent how much time moons equals in the show.

In Apple Family Reunion, Granny Smith mentions the last Apple family reunion was almost 100 moons ago. And since the first episode showed the Apple family reunion, that somehow implies that 100 moons passed from the first episode to Apple Family Reunion (in season 3).

Yet, Equestria Girls (taking place between seasons 3 and 4) mentions the mirror portal opens every 30 moons (before Twilight made the 24/7 portal) and that Sunset had left for the human world prior to the series (whether it happened before or after Twilight became Celestia's student is up in the air, aside from that one comic that's only canon in a Broad Strokes sense) even though by the logic that Apple Family Reunion gave about 100 moons passing, Sunset would've left either during season 2 or early season 3.

It's happens after Zecora tells Twilight that the amulet will degrade the wearer's mind the longer they keep it on, so IMO it's a pretty clear case of showing that Trixie's mental condition is just getting worse.
