Lobotomy is a new trope and could use a picture. I did a google search and must say that most of them freak me out.

Nevertheless, I have two suggestions.

1.1 This one is from DeviantArt: Transorbital Lobotomy. I like it as a whole, though perhaps we could use just a part of it.

1.2 Or this picture from a Cracked article. Link to the article.

Then there is a rather good picture from The Simpsons, though I'd prefer to put it on Image Links subpage. Moe with the little piece they cut out.

I really like that dA pic, but something simpler like this might be better. I'd also really prefer to not use a RL pic for this, both for squick avoidance and to keep people from confusion with Eye Scream.

2 is clearer and has less of the squick factor.

2 gets the point across without being too squicky. It has my vote.

Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.

I think 2 is good. And as it is a medical trope, I think the caption should be:

"Possible side effects may include headaches, nausea and brain damage."

I dislike that caption. Not funny, doesn't add anything, and the potholes kind of remind me of why I Am Not Making This Up is redlinked. Also, the Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick joke doesn't work if the procedure in itself is squicky or close to it to begin with.

That's enough consensus for 2. Can someone please upload it and put it up? Thanks in advance.

For a caption, possibly "I'll take the bottle in front of me, please."?
