It just happened to me a few minutes ago.
Not just the fora that's being affected, at least for me. They're just getting the worst of it
The same thing happened to me when I try to visit any of the topics' pages. And even TV Tropes was down. I can sense something wrong here. 
It was happened to me the last couple hours while trying to edit.

Same here. It's been on-and-off-again for me for most of the day.

Multiple times off and on for the last couple of weeks.
As a note, it tends to affect various parts of the site unevenly. The thread watchlist and the forums and subforums are more affected than threads or wiki pages.

Seems like it's likely HTTP 503 errors. Traffic spikes?
It's happening again! I can't even search for any topic on the Search page, because the loading takes forever on the search page! When will this issue be fixed?
Quite frequently, whenever I try to load any page on the fora, it tends to take ages to load and I occasionally get a message saying "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I thought it was my web browser but I tried a different one and it did it too. It's also not my Internet since I've never had this problem and everything else loads as it normally should.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it something on my end?
