Hmm...as I'm listening through the livestream, I'm becoming more and more sold. The sound is fantastic, and there are some great grooves.
I'll ponder on it as release day comes.
I loved it. I'm not going to be able to pick it up right away, but that listen will surely tide me over for now.

Because albums generally get released later there than in the US, so they add tracks to the Japanese version to encourage people to buy that one rather than importing or pirating the US version.

Gave Random Access Memories a spin today... It both is and isn't what I expected from "Get Lucky" - like "Get Lucky" there's more of an emphasis on live instrumentation, but overall it's got a pretty melancholy, bittersweet feel to it, which you wouldn't anticipate from an album where the first single is a throwback disco anthem. My favorite tracks are "Touch" and "Contact". The tracks I could possibly see working as followup singles are "Fragments Of Time", "Doin' It Right", or maybe "Lose Yourself To Dance".
Earth is the only planet inhabitable by Nicolas Cage.

Finally picked up the album proper and I'm in the middle of my second full listen.
Just as magical as the first time.
Though there were times were House departed from Disco (Acid House, Ambient House, some Deep House).
