I just realized that the trope is basically Internal Homage meets Milestone Celebration, just compare the pictures. Internal Homage is the trope I was thinking of earlier, so I'll have to agree now that Milestone Redo is superfluous and unneeded.
Ooh, I didn't know about Internal Homage. This is very similar to that, maybe too similar.
That's probably the best summation yet. I'd be tempted to say make this a redirect to Internal Homage and call it good.
Bump; we've got an IP thread whose final outcome is hanging on the resolution of this thread so a conclusion of any kind would be appreciated.
Crowner?
I'd like to add a vote for the redirect to Internal Homage (along with an example transplant?). Did they fix the glitching on Crowners yet or do we need to vote in thread?
AFAIK voting issues have been fixed.

to a merge with Internal Homage.

Any oppose to merging this into Internal Homage?
To my knowledge, this would be 3 votes in favour of a merge. Anyone opposed/supporting?

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.Yeah, that's the reason why it says to ask Lost And Found before making a YKTTW.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWell, nobody opposed and I figure there was enough consensus here, so I did the merge.

I admit that it is a subtrope.
The Same But More Specific would be "centennial" or "anniversary" for a specific kind of milestone. Those are not tropes in themselves.
