Since 30f4 is experiencing technically difficulties, in the nature of a crashed computer that has proved un-savable, he had to make a new Tv Tropes account, which due to the the site's rules and policy he can't post with for twenty four hours after its creation. In order to continue moving the plot forward he's going to send me his posts via PM and I will post them as a proxy. When I am posting something from 3of4 I will use the Mod Voice so you know where his post ends and mine begins. If anyone is interested in P Ming with 3of4, his new account is Three Of Four.

On the Paranet- I'm waiting to move it forward until some of the other people there post. Once it gets on a little more, I'm going to have Alexander arrive, then after that Jarl.

Mind if Thorne arrives at Paranet yet? Alexander's going to likely take some time scouting out around the building. He's not the type to walk into an unknown building, last used by someone who tried to kill him. (Assuming Giovanni doesn't have files on where the local paranet meet, and shared them with him.)

I'm playing up the naive angle. He doesn't know the sorta trouble he can get himself into by being willy nilly with the sight. Also pretty sure that means that chick is a warlock. Found the murderer already.

Well, technically speaking she isn't- The Madame's outfit has had dealings with the Council in the past and as she pointed out gladly to any Wardens that came by, the collars she uses on her personal bodyguard/special agents/harem do not in fact break the Fourth Law Of Magic since her boys put them on of their own free will. Of course, she also didn't play up the fact that she spends a considerable amount of time corrupting and seducing them through mundane means before she gives them the collar :P

The Madame and her entire outfit are like The Binder- technically they fallow the Laws but the Wardens really really just wish they would go away. In the end the White Council was to busy, and to forced to grudgingly admit that for her evil the Madame ruled Las Vegas fairly and well (from a magical stand point) to risk turning the city into a battle field trying to remove her.

Of course, the Council also probably has a note somewhere that reads "Throw Harry Dresden's 'glad you've come back to life' party in Las Vegas" :P

Alright. Now before I have Leon probably do something stupid. Is he supposed to be aware of this loophole abuse?

He is not, the White Council barely brief the Wardens before sending them in. What's going on in Vegas is low on their list of priorities (in no small part because their list of priorities currently includes don't let the world fall apart)

Hmmm. Two options at the moment. Have Leon be brave and stupid or have him cowed into submission.

Man it is so entirely tempting to do the brave and stupid thing.

I would love to say he'd do the logical smart thing which is to hold his tongue. But he hasn't been made cynical yet.

Screw it. What's the fun in playing a rookie if I can't have him do stupid shit. I'll probably regret it but oh well.

I am totally not used to purposely making my characters chose the bad option.

I'm not cleaning up after you guys, unless by "cleaning up" you happen to mean "devouring the last sparks of life from your mind-raped bodies."

I'm pretty sure there's only gonna be corpses to clean up. No one is gonna be mostly dead. Unfortunately, it might be Leon and Gabren who are the corpses.

Gabren is already showing that he's willing to at least tolerate the Madame's group for now, having Leon go against Gabren's lead...

Hmm...considering what could happen.
